Test weights

The weight portfolio covers OIML or ASTM test weights for the performance checks of weighing equipment from 50mg to five tons in all accuracy classes, with or without a calibration certificate. Weights are ideal for the calibration, verification and routine testing of balances and scales. Due to their high quality, test weights are ideal as primary mass standards to calibrate other weights of lower class accuracy, particularly in mass laboratories.

Efficient routine testing

CarePac sets are greatly beneficial as they fully support routine testing of balances with external weights. They offer a convenient and cost-effective way to limit the risk of working outside of specified process tolerances. By just using two test weights at 5% (repeatability) and 100% (sensitivity and eccentricity) capacity ensures efficient balance routine testing in accordance with USP chapter 41 and GWP. CarePac sets are supplied with a calibration certificate and professional weight-handling accessories. The three sizes of CarePac sets enable you to test balances of up to 8kg weighing capacity.
