FDA / WHO Approved 3-Gene Multiplex RT-PCR Diagnostic Test Labotec, in collaboration with Liferiver, are distributing a 3-gene multiplex RT-PCR diagnostic test which is both FDA approved and officially backed by the World Health Organization (WHO). These RT-PCR tests use RNA isolated from sputum, swabs or whole blood to determine the level of activity of the viral infection. Using the level of viral activity allows for a wider window of detection for the virus in active infections.
FDA Approved IgG And IgM Rapid Test Kits For vaccine purpose diagnostics, as well as businesses who are reopening, Labotec is now distributing two brands of FDA approved IgG and IgM rapid test kits. Labotec, in collaboration with VWR International, is distributing the Clarity and SureScreen rapid test kits. These fast and accurate diagnostic tools are able to provide repeatable results in under 15 minutes using either whole blood or serum sample types.
Automated IgG And IgM Serology Based Diagnostic Test and System For those looking at automated diagnostic tools, Labotec and Accelerate Diagnostics have partnered to distribute an automated IgG and IgM serology based diagnostic test and system, namely the Bio-Check MS-FAST and the Bio-Check SARS-CoV-2 tests. This test is a chemiluminescent assay for the detection of SARS CoV-2-specific combination of IgG and IgM in the serum of patients who meet CDC SARS-CoV-2 clinical criteria. This automated diagnostic tool can provide results of eight blood, serum, or plasma samples in under 30 minutes and is perfect for vaccine trail experimentation or diagnostic purposes.
The combined power of these diagnostic tools allows for the diagnosis of COVID-19 from Day 1 of infection until even after the infection has dissipated.
