Fine and sunny weather today encouraged 48 players to participate in two games of Fours with a random draw for partners.

The morning game was won by the team with the “highest winning score” and so Neil Kibble, Phil Thrift, Rick Islaub and Roman Bondaruk managed that with a score of 24. The afternoon game was decided by the “lowest winning margin” and with a margin of 1 Barry Goode, Dave Ransome, Col Amos and John Parkinson were the winners.

The Garden Eatery voucher was won by Col Buddle.

Some Pennant selection matches were held today with several new players participating.

The Club has gone from very few early nominations to too many to have all the applicants placed into sides.

We have sides in Grade 5, Grade 6 and Grade 7.
