Love Shopping Again!
Perseverence & hard work - Don’t give up. It is never easy to start a business, especially retail. A Positive attitude - Smile and put your best self out there. Your customers and your vendors will appreciate it and that is why they will keep coming back. Love what you do - You need to have a passion for what you do in order to be successful. There is stress in every business or job. When you love your job it is far easier to over-come and deall with what ever comes your way.
Where do you find fulfillment outside of work My husband and I have 5 children. We will celebrate 35 years of marriage this fall. Together we own & operate Kreuser Roofing, Inc. The roofing business taught me a lot about running a business which has helped me with Iris Valley.
In my spare time Maybe you are thinking “What spare time?” Well there is not much, but I love to be with my family - we do family dinners as often as we can. I love to travel. We are almost empty nesters so that has freed up some time.

Kristen Halloran My Appliance Source Years with the Company 2 1/2 years
Bio BIG S LE SA
I work for My Appliance Source, a family owned and operated appliance store in Shakopee, Minnesota. We have been in business since 1977 when my grandfather started servicing appliances out of his garage on Ash Street in Chaska. In 1984, we moved to our current location on Highway 169 in Shakopee. My grandfather believed taking care of the customer after the sale was of great importance. Our company continues to support this value, which is the reason we sell the Whirlpool product lines of Amana, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, and JennAir. Being the last American made manufacturer of appliances, service support, parts, and training are readily available.
One of the keys to success from my perspective

I am also a trained and certified QNRTTM practitioner. As a result of my training I am able to identify specific adverse events or emotional traumas that have occurred in your life, potentially causing you to be unable to move past the issue. In this meeting, I will activate your nervous system and re-set the way your brain responds to emotional triggers. QNRT (Quantum Neuro Reset Training) is based on the foundational principle that the brain and the nervious system control and corrdinate all functions of the body.
