3D L ase r S c a n nin g Our state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology adds in-depth technical knowledge to your planning or construction project. If you’re looking for greater efficiency, get in touch now.
Digitising Reality Our high-precision and long-range laser scanners allow us to 3D-map both the natural and built environment. We record the geometric parameters of an area and provide access to this digitalized, virtual environment.
Point Cloud Technology Based on laser distance measurement technology, spatial coordinates (X, Y, Z) of 50,000 points per second are recorded and can be transformed into any geodetic coordinate system using a GNSS receiver.
3D Planning Our 3D planning service will help you understand the technical needs of your project. Commonplace in engineering workflow, 3D planning is an invaluable tool for natural and built environment projects. Laser scanning gives you an accurate picture of current condition, meaning the designer can focus on value-creation planning.
360 Panoramic Pictures Following a laser survey, we take HDR spherical panorama photographs to assign colour accuracy to the virtual interface. While 360 panoramic photography isn’t a requirement of every project, it does help to identify spatial objects and determines the quality of materials needed.
Big Data Management Surveying an area generates billions of points, and capturing the coordinates of these points results in several GB of data. We can convert these large amounts of data into more accessible files, making them easy for you to manage.

Photog ramme t r y Photogrammetry is the science of remote sensing. We use specialist software to analyse photos taken of objects, buildings and the built environment to calculate actual dimensions of real elements.
Aerial Photogrammetry We use aerial photogrammetry to map large areas. Photographic software helps us to create 3D models that contain accurate information about an area. We work with experts to take aerial photographs using drones and strive to achieve 100% imaging. This service is particularly useful for surveying agricultural land, documenting archaeological excavations, or producing urban scale 3D models.
Geographic Photogrammetry Our high-resolution cameras and cloud-based photogrammetry services enable us to compile 3D documentation of objects that are geometrically complex. We recommend land photogrammetry in addition to laser scanning for projects like documenting 3D historic monuments. More detailed textures can be achieved by having +/- 3 cm error tolerance.
3D Printing The transformation of the surface clouds produced during the photogrammetry allows digitised elements to be reproduced with 3D printers. This process allows you to create a poster from a 3D photo.
Orthophoto A Digital Surface Model (DSM) is a 2.5 dimensional orthophoto, an orthogonal top view of the high-precision survey. Each pixel in rasterised photos contains XYZ coordinates. The coordinates contain the height coordinate of the highest point Z in the given area.

Buil din g I nformation M odellin g Once we’ve helped you to digitise your project, the 3D planning phase can begin. The process of Building Information Modelling provides accurate calculations about construction costs and investment needed.
3D Modelling With the spread of 3D services the design process has reached a new level. Spatial parametric modelling prevents problems occurring during implementation. Accurate, coordinated design can minimize unexpected costs.
Engineering Calculations Using parametric modelling, we can assign standard construction standard data to various virtual elements. We can estimate the amount of material you’ll need using an Excel spreadsheet, including related fees and the number of work hours required.
Project Management We can develop a time-based simulation of your construction project. This helps you plan raw material and human resources: preventing waste, protecting your budget and making the most of your team.
Analysis Engineering design software allows to perform various analyzes. Static load, temperature fluctuation, solar exposure, energy tests can be performed so that the construction will definitely meet the minimum criteria.
Life Cycle Planning Lack of maintenance can impact a building’s lifecycle. We can help you plan in periodic reviews that notify facility operators for years in the future that a piece of equipment needs replacing. Repairs and replacements can all be traced.
