The blocks and courtyards rise up each module, except the semi - detached blocks rise up 2m, with open on the hill side.

C O N C E P T

With the wide range of flat size, the inhabitants can choose the right one, then decorate it to be their own character. The private patio with glazing and sliding frame can be adjusted to receive as much as possible sunlight. On the other hand, during winter, the owners can use this patio. There is a small public space in each block, with sauna on the ground floor and the flexible “play� space. The inhabitants will decide which will be operated inside that public space, a meeting point to connect all people.
