The site is the gateway to Huong River. The riversides are currently being seriously encroached by slums, downgraded facilities, and disconnected circulations. The project aims to create the riverside landscape, revive historical buildings, enhance traditional water transportation, connect street networks, and enhance community connections by public open spaces and active transportation.

This assignment is a tribute to the retail chain, and a proposal design for any future retail store in the site in order to solve the needs of a grocery and shopping place in the Old East Village area.
