What makes you struggle to learn in ReCo? Nothing. Facilitators were always deliver their session in really good way No. Each session, we had some materials to bring back home. Faci explain process clearly. I have had no complicated things
Yes. Just because most everything was delivered in English so sometimes I cannot stay focus if the ideas are not organized
Yes. For some sessions without clear action or explanation, I don’t know what I need to do and feel lost
LEAD I & Me
My actions were driven quite a lot by my fear. I have many kinds of fear which now I can confront better. Thank you<3
I defined new way for my future may belong with @ and also next steps to achieve it.
After listening to session of facilitator, I reflected myself about how I appreciate AIESEC and learn how to become a leader of myself and my team
I know that I could use my strengths, utilize it to be a good leader who motivates my members, connect my team, fulfill their goal & make a successful project
LEAD I & Others
Face the conflict, do not avoid to be open about your fault, your ugly side. You will be surprised on how much compassion other can have for you I know that each person has different personality and perspectives. As a leader, I need to aware that and find the way to improve relationship within my team and between my leaders and me. Give other deep advices, being a person who everyone believes and leans on as well
I learnt & practiced with my group about giving feedback and resolving conflict. I need to put my feet in other shoes to understand them.
The Big Picture
Think nationally. Not just in an LC A little more than before. I am working to making impact on youth
I usually see myself as a part of my OC only. Now I truly feel I'm a part of AIESEC not only in HN but whole VN and I am so proud of GYS What I am doing is a very small thing and I'm a young person. I can do more than I think, and leadership is the aim I need to be focus to develop and store more stories for myself for latter sharing
Being the one who can contribute & a puzzle in a big picture
The next ReCo? Yes. It motivates me, gives me learning points. I can hear AIESEC stories from Facis, have chances to be closer to others LC's members
Yes. Worth learning, but we need to change something Yes. To get more of what I've learned. To see the big picture, to know what's like to be in EB team, especially the MC team. Yes. I think I get right expectation before coming to ReCo. I keep mindset to take every opportunities to learn, involve in activities. That's why I love ReCo. I want to hear more sharing from faci and meeting AIESECers from other LC
How to improve ReCo Delegate experience? Study the customers more. Some sessions are awesome but some are not as that. Faci could be more helpful in some sessions. The more practical, the better. For example, the cafes is always good. Inform sooner, ask LCPVP,OCP push their members to join. Maybe choose a different time to avoid exam season. More reflection sessions
Yes. The content needs to serve the urgent needs of delegates. I've asked some of my members), they tend to expect to join ReCo to gain motivation. The Faci: Discussion should have some outputs. If the time is limited, make sure Faci can guide people to some output & next steps after group discussion
