About
Born and raised just West of the City of Atlanta, in the small town of Villa Rica, GA, I always knew I wanted to one day attend the University of Georgia. Little did I know that I would pursue a degree in Landscape Architecture and it would end up being the career I wanted to have the rest of my life. Over the past 4 years I have loved every second of the major, from the design studio courses, to memorizing hundreds of plants, and even the late nights in the studio trying to finish that final project. The idea of being able to design spaces for people and solve problems in our cities and towns is exciting to me. I hope to one day be able to do so as a professional Landscape Architect and create a more sustainable, enjoyable world. Outside of the classroom I am a normal college student. I love a good round of golf, college football Saturdays, and cross-country road trips with friends. Enclosed in this packet is a collection of my works as a student at the University of Georgia, I hope you enjoy.

Ben Epps Plaza Athens, GA Spring 2015 Once a downtown parking lot, Ben Epps Plaza was designed to create the public space Downtown Athens needs. The plaza is dedicated to Ben Epps, an Athens native and the first person in flight from Georgia. His original workshop is located just across the street. Computer Graphics Site Analysis

Moss Side Conservation Subdivision Athens, GA Fall 2015 Moss Side Conservation Subdivision was developed through the idea of using smaller lots to save space for a larger public space in order to conserve important site features. Heavy analysis of the site was used beforehad to find the best features of the site to keep and where to develop lots. This approach is different than the traditional clear cut subdivision development.

Moss Side Mixed-Use Development Athens, GA Fall 2015 Using the same site as the Conservation Subdivision, I designed a mixeduse development. This design also takes into the account the conservation of certain site features where possible and building on the best areas of development for the site using the site analysis. Boy Scout Headquarters Pendergrass, GA Fall 2016 The Northeast Georgia Council of The Boy Scouts of America needed a space for ceremonies and visitors. Using the empty space adjacent to the building I designed and laid out an area for regular ceremonies, troop activities, and visitors to the office.
