CAIRO – LUXOR
Transfer to the domestic airport and fly to Luxor to board the deluxe cruise ship the MS Amarco I. All cabins on board are luxurious outside cabins with private bathrooms, air conditioning, mini-fridge, individual safes and music system. This morning you will have the opportunity to take an Optional Ballooning Tour over Luxor. Then visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens where many of the Egyptian Pharaohs and Queens are buried, including Tutankhamun and Rameses the Great. Visit the Temple of Edfu today, one of the most important temples of Egypt, built during the Ptolemaic period. The temple is dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god, and dates back to 237 BC. Reboard the ship and sail to Kom Ombo to see the identical twin temples, before sailing on to Aswan where the ship will berth overnight. Accommodation: On board the Amarco I (B,L,D)

ASWAN – ABU SIMBEL – CAIRO
Early this morning you will be transferred to the airport for the short flight from Aswan to Abu Simbel to see the temples of the great Ramses II and his Queen, Nefertari. The temples received world-wide attention in 1968 when they were completely dismantled and relocated to avoid inundation following the completion of the Aswan High Dam. In the afternoon fly from Aswan to Cairo where the tour terminates.
