Market research shows that 40% of brides find their wedding vendors at bridal shows and studies also show that the number one reason they attend bridal shows is to find their wedding vendors. By exhibiting at our shows, you are showing the brides that you willing to invest in yourself, lending credibility to your business and making them feel much more comfortable investing in you.

A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase is the perfect venue to shine, putting your business in front of hundreds of brides in a thriving marketplace where the focus is on you. Our shows give you the opportunity to get in front of the bride so she can see, hear, touch and taste your products / services.


Exhibitor Info & Fees EXHIBITOR INFO & FEES All booths include:

• Your space with professional pipe and black drape. • 6’ banquet table with linen (double booths include 2) • Individual trash receptacle

• Chair(s) - Half Booths include 1; Single Booths include 2; Double Booths include 4

• Comprehensive bride-to-be lead list emailed no later than 10 days after the show.

• Contact information listed in the Showcase program (given to all attending brides-to-be)

• Opportunity to meet and network with other participating exhibitore - some of the industry’s elite professionals. Earn their trust and cash in on their referrals.

BOOTH COSTS AND SPECIFICATIONS Half Booth - $385 (Jan. & June) $335 (Sept.) Booth is 8 feet deep by 6 feet wide with an 8 foot high backdrop and 3 foot high draped side rails. A limited number of half booths are available and they are not available in the Center Section.Half booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Single Booth - $520 (Jan. & June) $470 (Sept.) Booth is 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide with an 8 foot high backdrop and 3 foot high draped side rails. Double Booth - $910 (Jan. & June) $860 (Sept.) Booth is 8 feet deep by 20 feet wide with an 8 foot high backdrop and 3 foot high draped side rails. Presenting Sponsorship - $2,500 (Jan. & June) $2,000 (Sept.) Grants your company the rights of top billing on all Showcase promotions / advertisments. (i.e. A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase presented by Your Compnay Name) Also includes either a single or double booth (sponsor’s choice) in a prime exhibit location. Read more about Presenting Sponsorship in the next section. Gold Sponsorship - $1,200 (Jan. & June) $1,100 (Sept.) Inclusion of your company name and logo in our massive advertising campaign as well as either an 8’ x 10’ or 8’ x 20’ booth (your choice) in a prime exhibit location. Read more about Gold Sponsorship in the next section. Bag Stuffer - $150 Bride Goodie Bags. Insert up 1 piece of your marketing material in the 300 goodie bags given to all of the attending brides. Please note: this fee. Does NOT include a booth space at the show or the lead list of registered brides.

ADD ON FEES MAXIMIZE YOUR EXPOSURE AT THE SHOW WITH: Center Section Placement: $100 Looking for the ultimate exposure to ensure your business will stand out from the rest? For this additional fee, your booth is guaranteed to be located in one of the 6 center rows – prime real estate on the exhibit floor. Center row booths will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and are NOT available for Half Booths. Please note: if you choose this option, we recommend you bring some type of lighting for your display as the overhead lights are dimmed in the center section of the exhibit hall.

Sponsorship Info BOOTH SHARING, LOCATIONS & PLACEMENT Booth sharing is strictly prohibited. You may not share a booth with another business. Exhibitor categories will be capped (i.e photographers, florists, etc.) Booth placement is not determined until all booths are sold unless you purchase the Center Row Placement add-on as outlined on the preceding page.

RETAINER REQUIRED TO RESERVE BOOTH Reserve your booth at 1 2020 show: $200 Reserve your booth at 2 2020 shows: $350 Reserve your booth at all 3 2020 shows: $450 Gold Sponsorship Retainer: $500 per show. Presenting Sponsorship Retainer: $1000 per show. Retainers are applied to the total balance. Balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the show date.

At the Showcase: • Sponsor’s choice of 8’ x 10’ or 8’ x 20’ booth space; includes 2 six-foot banquet tables with linen/skirting, 4 chairs, 2 trash receptacles and a comprehensive bride-to-be lead list emailed within 10 days of the show. • Prime booth location in exhibit area (center row placement near stage)

• Company Name or logo link from our website to Sponsor’s website for 4+ months (begins 2 weeks after registering as a sponsor) • Mentioned in paid radio ads • Included in internet promotions (all sites that allow sponsor listings) • 10 complimentary show tickets to provide to your clients and/or prospective clients • Intermittent onstage company name mentions by Showcase Emcees (Emcees are Lite Rock 99.3 & KISS 95.1 OnAir Personalties) • Logo inclusion on slide show (large LED monitors in on the stage) • Insertion of up to 2 promotion items / gifts in the 65 VIP Swag Bags

PRESENTING SPONSORSHIP Receives ALL of the benefits Gold Sponsors receive (as outlined above) as well as the right to top billing on all Showcase promotions / advertisements. Additional benefits that only Presenting Sponsors receive include 20 complimentary show tickets and up to 10 minutes of stage time for speaker deomstrations, a presentaion and / or a prize giveaway. Only 2 Presenting Sponsorships are available. Presenting Sponsors: $2,500 per show. Retainer: $1000

Save $150 when you participate in all 3 of our 2020 shows ($50 off each show). The retainer amount to reserve your space at all 3 shows is $450. To receive the discount, you must pay the $450 retainer upfront.
