Nida-Core H8PP +18 oz WR panels used in deck
Nida-Core Corp. announces the start of their capability to manufacture large composite panels to be utilized by marine and truck industry. Unique to Nida-Core Corp. is the ability to supply panels up to 39’ in length with full gelcoated raised diamond pattern non-skid finish on one side with customer specified gelcoat and laminate schedule. Available cores include Nida-Core H8PP, Nida-Core FC and Balsalite end-grain balsa core.
July, 2003 Nida-Core is proud to supply motorcycle garments manufacturer Vanson Leathers of Massachusetts with a unique energy absorption material based on its resilient plastic honeycomb technology to be used in the shoulder, back and elbow pads. An interesting combination of true oldworld craftsmanship on behalf of Vanson Leathers and combined with the high technology of NidaCore Structural Honeycomb products will surely distance Vanson Leathers even further from its competition.

Sept.2003 Patrick Nguyen of Atlanta, Georgia sent us these images of his fantastic 2000 Porsche 996 Twin turbo developing over 550 hp. Patrick’s porsche is heavily modified with a full widebody kit constructed primarily of 6 oz carbon cloth and AME 5000 vinyl ester resin sandwiching 5mm and 13 mm NidaCore H8PP. It features 19” Rial wheels and Patrick estimates significant weight savings on his body panels as compared to the original.
