3/4 cup milk 1/3 cup honey 2 large eggs 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup yellow cornmeal

• 1/2 cup sugar • 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1 teaspoon kosher salt • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted and cooled slightly

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter a 9x9 pan. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, and eggs. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the milk, honey and egg mixture and stir until just combined. 4. Stir in the melted butter. Do not overmix! 5. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes. 6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. 7. Top it off with some butter, honey, or jam and enjoy!

• 1 refrigerated or frozen pie crust • 6 granny smith apples peeled, cored, and sliced into ¼ inch slices • 2 Tbsp lemon juice • ¼ cup flour • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon • ½ cup granulated sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup brown sugar 1 ¼ tsp cinnamon ½ cup flour ½ cup room temperature butter

Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Follow the instructions to thaw your pie crust and place over a 9 inch, ungreased pie dish. 3. In a large bowl, mix together your apples, lemon juice, flour, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Once mixed, pour into the pie crust. 4. To make the apple crumble topping, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and room temperature butter in a small bowl. 5. Use a fork to press the butter into the other ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. 6. Pour the crumble mixture over the pie. 7. Bake the pie at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Then, cook for an additional 35 minutes at 375 degrees. 8. Let pie cool completely. 9. Cut and enjoy!
