DESIGN WITHOUT THE FRILLS.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY / Nikki Sunga

SPOT ON. Graphic design entails understanding the creative process in order to successfully translate an idea to an audience. This is what I firmly believe in. My design philosophy involves a process of articulation and research in order to deliver a visual communication medium without embellishment, without excess. My designs only aim to provide clients with the best graphic design service. Using my vast knowledge in design and art, I only seek to help my clients with their design problems and cater to their needs. Through a client-focused approach in creating dynamism, my mission and vision mainly centers on satisfying the client’s requests through service commitment and bringing you simple, principled and sophisticated designs.

TRAIN MAN A Japanese novel has come to life in a new package. From book cover to book release poster, the promotional materials for Train Man was well-thought. Connecting the love story, life lessons and the culture of the Japanese, an origami concept was used in this project to fully emanate what the novel has to tell. With the use of photography & graphic design, elements of the Japanese culture and traditions were used to create a dynamic idea without spilling the contents of the novel.

HONDA TMX 155 The campaign fully focuses on creating a personal relationship between Honda and their audience through “AKSYON”. “AKSYON” is a campaign we have formed inspired by the familiarity of Filipino men to action stars. The campaign invests on the idea of Machismo and how Filipino men idolize and aspire to be like the macho action star. The key thought of this campaign is “aksyon at tibay”- both depicting Honda as a company and their principles. The slogan we have formed is “Sa aksyon ng buhay, tiyak na matibay!”
