ARTRA multimedia composition for MIDI drum-set, electronics and video

The composition is written for a soloist, playing electronic percussion instruments, electronics and video. The choice of electronic percussion is not incidental, since for me it represents a certain capsule (midi protocol), which can be used by a composer to put any sound events into it. The soloist is just an executor of the author’s instructions. He performs with habitual percussion instruments, but in reality one can hear music samples created by a composer. Each PAD has its own sample, some of them have two samples at the same time. The names of instruments are given for the convenience of a performing musician to learn his part. The electronic and visual part of the composition represents a fixed phonogram and video. All component of the play are synchronized by means of click track. The visual part of the composition is created by Todor PoŞarev.
