Zumba is a dance-based aerobic fitness program created in the 1990s. Zumba Gold is a spin-off created as a specialized fitness class that addresses the specific needs of older adults. This class is easyto-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination .
A favorite of game-lovers everywhere, bingo is a game strictly of chance‌but guaranteed fun! Guarantee yourself a good time with our monthly bingo game event. Cost includes meal and prizes. Registrations must be made by 12pm the day before. Game only $2M/ $3NM.

While this group will support people coping with grief and bereavement, we welcome participants managing other types of loss. This program is open to Niles residents only and meets the third Wednesday of each month from 3-4:30pm. Upcoming meeting dates are Nov 20 and Dec 18.
