WHAT’S New with Total Facilities Management?
TFM ~ History
NISH has experienced significant and steady TFM growth over the last 14 years. It is projected that this growth will only continue to accelerate during the next 5 years. NISH currently has 27 TFM projects on the PL, providing approximately 825 DFTEs.
TFM ~ Growth Potential • NISH anticipates the TFM line of business to continue to grow, with a focus on Department of Defense opportunities • NISH has identified $2.9 Billion worth of TFM opportunities in the Federal Market space • 31,000 job opportunities for individuals with significant disabilities • Growth will be managed strategically through the recent launch and development of the TFM Program Office

TFM ~ Program Office Initiative Purpose • Develop the framework for a permanent program office to manage the TFM line of business Objectives • Develop the TFM leadership and organizational structure (defining roles, responsibilities, and structure) • Hire and “onboard” all new positions required to ensure success • Ongoing refinement and integration (continuous improvement) Scope • Interaction with all NISH departments, synergizing all business management functions as well as providing control and monitoring of the line of business

Introductions
Ms. Debbie Ault • Chief, Contracts Division - MICC Center - Fort Knox • Debbie has worked for the MICC Center - Fort Knox for over 30 years • She supervises a team of 24 Contract Specialists and Contracting Officers • Debbie has successfully worked with NISH, under the AbilityOne Program, to add services to the procurement list • She and her team continually review new requirements and work with customers to identify services that may be appropriate for addition to the procurement list
Mr. Curt Salter • Chief Operating Officer – CHIMES, DC • Chimes DC provides the CFM for two large federal installations in the Baltimore/Washington – GSA TFM contracts include the EPA Headquarters and Southern MD District Courthouses in DC and MD, respectively.
• Chimes is in the final start-up process for the DPW Contract at Carlisle Barracks.
Mr. Steven Coons • Vice President Building Services - Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc. • Steve has worked for Fedcap for over 22 years • He manages Fedcap portfolio of contracts which consists of many NISH/NYSID/ACCESS accounts over a multiple State Region • Fedcap’s current customers include many prestigious AbilityOne accounts; including the Capitol Visitors Center, Statue of Liberty Ellis Island, 26 Federal Plaza, and FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center
Mr. Paul Huening • Vice President, Business Services and Governmental Affairs - Human Technologies Corporation, NY • Paul has fostered and outstanding relationship with the NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic office • HTC provides TFM services for 12 Navy sites on AbilityOne contracts In New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware
Mr. Keith Walker • Vice President, Operations and Marketing Professional Contract Services Inc., TX • Mr. Walker leads a PCSI team providing all aspects of Operations and Marketing • Mr. Walker has more than twenty-two years of
management experience in Service Operations
Mr. Jeff Dolven • CEO, Skookum Contract Services, WA • Licensed Professional Engineer (Civil Engineering) • Former Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the United States Navy • Jeff leads Skookum’s delivery of Base Operational Support services, including TFM at Naval Surface Warfare Center Bayview
