The Bristles – Last Days Of Capitalism

Deathtime Assembly When you are a Turbojugend and own your own rock bar you should take the opportunity to throw a good party. I, Thomas Evrenos, been a Jugend for just 18 months or something but I have always taken care of Jugend bands wanting to play London. The list is pretty long of bands with Jugend connections that already played The Pipeline. We got these bands on our records The Hookers, Maximum RnR, Christmas, Chuck Norris Experiment, Lucifer Star Machine, El Camaro, Hip Priests, Cretin 77 and Sick Livers. I might have missed some out as well. The idea of a massive TJ weekend just started with me being asked by a lot of bands about playing and I thought it would be cool to make a small festival. I am really happy with the line up we managed to get. It is a mix of pretty cool rock bands that 99% of the TJs should love and proper TJ bands. Some bigger than others but I must say that all 10 bands are bringing something unique to the table. So how come a Swedish guy is running the only punk rock bar in London? I am from Stockholm and old enough to have seen a lot of the great gigs in late seventies and eighties. I loved punk and bought into everything about being rebellious and not do what other people told you to do. At the same time I continued going to school and finally made it to the university. My major was Japanese so I ended up in Tokyo working for a bank and raised a family. Got 3 kids and also member in TJ DILF.

When I was made redundant from Deutsche Bank in 2008 I had enough of boring meetings and shit people. I decided to open a bar and take a break from banking. It took a long time to sort out a lease and start my bar but it was a very exciting time. In the beginning I was a little worried that my concept was a little strange since the location is very close to the banking area of London but I decided to do what I wanted and if it did not work at least I would have tried it out. Today 6 years later I can say it is never a walk in the park but I managed to muddle through. The Weekend is still work in progress but we are planning some other activities as well. We might be able to offer football, films and maybe some guided tours. The Pipeline is in same area as Jack The Ripper was active and Brick Lane is a 4 min walk. To make this work and to get the best deal you should buy your ticket before 1 Dec. Then you will get a goody bag, including drinks vouchers and other nice TJ surprises. The reason is that we got a lot of costs (specially band hotel rooms that need to be paid in advance.)

E.A.T.E.R – Projectiles For The People Hailing from the dark woods of Sweden E.A.T.E.R is back with a new EP. Since their comeback this is their best EP. In the same vain as their classic recordings back in the ´80´s. Raw & desperate sound. Aggressive rawpunk/hardcore. So far only CD EP and download/stream, I´m waiting for a label to make this into vinyl.

answered and were still talking! What bands have you played in the past and / or do yo u play in parallel? Oh, Hang on, here we go. My first band was called Piller, not much of a band, but we practiced almost daily, so Its there my foundation is. Then I went on to a band that we eventually named Anti Cimex. This was the band that shaped my life. Hard, experimental and furious. 1981-1993. Fun years, hard years. Eventually we did break up and i quit music for a year. After that year I was in a band called Not Enough Hate, just to get to play some drums. 1999 did the guys from Troublemakers(Göteborg) called me, and suddenly I was doing 40 gigs a year! That lasted til 2008, with some sidesteps with The Nunnery and Psychotic Youth. Nowadays I play in a hardcore punk band called Wolfhour and old classic UK82 band The Partisans. I also have a bunch of sideprojects; Bring the Drones, Knife for an eye, The Great German Re-Research and Blindfisted. How would you describe your music? Punk. Hardcore punk, classic punk, punkrock. But always punk.

Who are you, how and why did you start playing? Im a drummer, and have always been a drummer. Before I even knew what drums was I was doing percussion on everything. Or maybe Its a ADHD sympthom? At age 13 I discovered punk, and all the pieces fell into place. Punk drumming was calling for me. I

Who / what are your main influences? The UK scene in the early 80s. Especially Discharge, Chaos UK and Disorder. Black sabbath is also there as well as Turbonegro. Classic bands!

What rocks? Beers, music and my garden. What sucks? Hangovers, muzak and my garden.

Tape, CD, vinyl, free download or streaming? All of the above, as long as Its good music. What should not be missed visiting come to your home town? Sjuans ölhall, the only place in Sweden thats allowed to serve beer without offering food. The harbour. The people! Which band would you like to read about in the next fanzine? Honningbarna. They are the new breed of punk. What do you think about FC St. Pauli's chances this year? Football? Fuck off, im a hockey guy! By the way, is not punk pretty passé? No, but you are, if you keep asking me stupid questions!

Fact box: TJ Chapter: Göteborg Booze or beer: Beer Home port: Gothenburg In the load: Gardening Toole

What have been the highlights of his career so far? Career is a strong word. But I was doing a tour in the US for the first time, this year, that was a milestone.

Anti Cimex Anti-Cimex was a hardcore punk band formed in 1981 in Sweden. Their career is defined as being one of the innovating bands for introducing hardcore music to sweden during this early time, and their second EP "Raped Ass" is often seen as one of the first d-beat records made. The band has continued to be seen as one of the most influential bands both in sweden and abroad.

Könsrock –Sexrock It has its origins in punk rock and the style was created in the [1] late 1970s. There were also some important factors before that, in the late '60s and early '70s Johnny Bode released three records with very foul language about sex. They did not have the same punk rock influences as the latter könsrock and the singing technique were sung in a more serious way then the more comical approach of könsrock so Johnny Bode isn't considered könsrock, but a strong factor in the history of it. Eddie Meduza also is important in the history of könsrock, even though he too shouldn't be considered a könsrocker (because of lack of punk rock style and more serious). Meduza did have the same foul language and comic songs about sex and drinking. -Wikipedia.

Onkel Kånkel and his Kånkelbär ("kånkelbär", English: dingleberries) commonly referred to just as Onkel Kånkel was a Swedish könsrock/punk rock band prominently known for their infantilely humorous and provocative lyrics. Most of their song lyrics were very nonsensical, featuring provocative subjects such as toilet humour, nazism, disorders and diseases, homosexuality, pedophilia, and coprophilia, interwoven with everyday subjects such as food and clothing. Many lyrics also mention old Swedish TV and radio personalities, in the same nonsensial manner. The band are typically referred to as the creators of the genre called "könsrock".

Their album Kalle Anka Suger Pung (English: Donald Duck sucks ballsack) briefly had some radio airplay, but the songs were quickly pulled off, most likely due to their inappropriate content. Onkel Kånkel has been

compared with Eddie Meduza and Johnny Bode. While performing, Onkel Kånkel wore a mask to "not take away the mystery". While well known for their shock value, their music has never entered the mainstream, but the band managed to get the 46th placement in the top 50s in 1994. Later, the Internet has spread Onkel Kånkel to a younger generation. Håkan Florå, stage name Onkel Kånkel, the singer/guitarist and frontman of Onkel Kånkel died in a heart attack, 47 years old, on the 15th of August 2009. In 1995 Inge Carlsson, a social democratic party member of parliament sent a written inquery to the then current Minister of Justice Laila Freivalds, requesting a ban for "offensive musical lyrics". He had been contacted by a school teacher who was upset by Onkel Kånkel's lyrics. The minister denied the request due to freedom of speech, adding that such lyrics are "repulsive and sad" but not illegal. At the 1993 Hultsfred festival during the first of the few live shows the band performed, an intellectual disabled man not part of the band was invited on stage. He would sing along in the choruses and tell jokes between songs. This caused some controversy, as some people meant that it was wrong and repugnant to make fun of people with disabilities. When interviewed about the accusations, Onkel Kånkel answered "That is bullshit. The concert was among the most fun things he have ever experienced. He is a really fun guy. It is not wrong to laugh at disabled people, what's wrong is to ignore them, to treat them as if they did not exist"

The Nihilistic Army Fanzine # 5

The actual number of band members and their degree of involvement in the band have always been uncertain. Only the frontman Onkel Kånkel had his identity revealed to the general public, after his death. While some has speculated that he was the only member, he stated in interviews that they were really a band. Officially credited members are: Onkel Kånkel - Song, Guitar Epilepsi Kurt - Drums, Percussion Arne Tammer - Special Effects, Song CP-Sven - Bass, Song Stomi-Bertil - Guitar, Song

Bajsmannen – The Poo Man The Poo Man is an urban legend, or not, that flourished since the 1980s . It is about a man who allegedly occur at music festivals such as the Hultsfred Festival , where he is said to overturn portable loos (or show up in the latrine ) when people visit them , or touch other festival-goers so that they may feces on them. It is also said that he usually put feces in people's tents and smear poop on bicycles.

Tungt Järn (fe) Southeast Sweden, 1988. A couple of bored teenagers hang out in a appartment filled with porn, scale models, music magazines and a huge record collection. We used to get pissed, listen to music and having a laught. One of the guys came up with the idea to record when we used the toilet, poo, pee or puke… From this he made silly songs where the sang and played guitar. Belsen was A Gas by The Sex Pistols turned out to be, Pulling The Asshole…. Some other odd things about hanging at this appartment. Pee in bottles, saving the pee and selling it as homemade wine to stupid fuckers. One guy put poo in a chockolate box, wrapped it in and gave as a birthdaygift.. We also played in random punk, hiphop and metal bands. Some years later this guy buys porta studio and start to make really cool Könsrock, Tungt Järn was formed. The band was influenced by both Trashmetal and punk. Thier song Anti Homo Word was originally done by the swedish punkband Snobbslakt, (Anti Disco).

Eddie Meduza Eddie Meduza (real name Errol Leonard Norstedt) (17 June 1948 – 17 January 2002) was a Swedish composer and musician working mainly in the rockabilly genre. Many of his songs were about alcohol, women, and cars, often with obscene lyrics. Sometimes they were also politically oriented, many aimed against the Swedish Government in power at the time Moderaterna/Centerpartiet/Folk partiet and Swedish Social Democrats (Conservative respectively Labour-parties). He was also a popular performer of Raggare music. Norstedt's other identity was the far more vulgar E. Hitler. In this guise he generally recorded more sexually explicit material. He is remembered now mostly for his more explicit work, but many of his songs are very ironic and some contain clever, albeit unpolished, social commentary, and earn his music something of a cult following. Norstedt also recorded serious rockabilly songs with a distinct 1950s flavour in his own studio, called Studio Ronka (ronka or runka is Swedish slang for masturbation, similar to wanking in English.). He played

The Nihilistic Army Fanzine # 5

most of the instruments himself. He often got bad reviews from the press, notably Expressen journalist Mats Olsson, to which Norstedt replied by writing even more offensive songs, such as Kuken står på Mats Olsson (Mats Olsson has a hard-on), Mats Olsson är en jävla bög (Mats Olsson is a damn fag) and Mats Olsson runkar kuken (Mats Olsson is wanking his cock). He reportedly said that no matter what he did it was never good enough for the critics. Despite this he was considered an accomplished musician and songwriter, in particular by Swedish record company executive Bert Karlsson who, with mixed results, tried to foster that talent in Norstedt. He never had a major breakthrough and this is commonly attributed to his increasingly obscene songwriting. According to Meduza, he developed alcoholism in the late 1970s during periods of intensive touring. In 1981, he was convicted of drink-driving, and spent one month in prison. This jail sentence did nothing to reduce his alcohol consumption, and a year after his release, he suffered a nervous breakdown. Still, Meduza's alcoholism worsened, and a major health scare came for him in 1993, when he collapsed on his way to perform at a concert. He was diagnosed with ventricular hypertrophy (enlarged heart), and doctors warned him he would die if he drank again. Meduza initially heeded his doctors' advice, changed his lifestyle completely, sobered up and started working out. However, after only a few years, Meduza's depression worsened, and he relapsed back into alcoholism, which took its toll on his weak health.

A few years ago was at a party and one of the staff from the festival was there and we started talking. Motörhead came up and he mentioned that after the show when Lemmy walked of stage he talked about a crazy son of a bitch crowdsurfing with a kilt and no underwear. Man did he laugh when we found out that was me.Fuck I forgot to talk aböut the new record. BUY IT!! The fanzine crew part two – Nisse A.K.A Horny Sailor

First of all please tell out readers, who are you? I´m JESUS!!! I´m a fat, handy, kind, sexy punkrocker and father of five kids. Loving music, hating racism. Working at a highschool as a helping hand / give support and help to the students who hates school / have psychicall problems and stuff like that. Sometimes Im teaching, history, maths, music, design and art. Try to listen as much as possible. Age is just a number and Im soon to be number 43, or was it 34? I use Ritalin and Concerta due to my ADHD so TJ Tourism is fukking hard, the medics = drugs. Anyway, I live in Gothenburg and who needs to go away form such a lovely town? I´m actually the one and only true sailor in the Jugend, SJÖÖMAN = Sailor. Not all people know that your a old and well known name in the swedish punkscenen. Cant you please tell us your history.

The Nihilistic Army Fanzine # 5

Am I? Well I got into punk as a snotty, aged 10. First punkband i got hooked on was CRASS.... After years of trying to learn playing, having partys, going to gigs and other stuff I got involved in the local music scene, booking bands... The things Im proud of is that I went onstage with the punk attitude, don´t caring about how well we could play. That I, like many others, booked the bands we wanted to see. Bla bla bla...

Around year 2000 I started KOMMANDO A.K. That is/was a support to the iconic swedish band ASTA KASK who´s band name got owned by thier old record label, Rosa Honung Records, FUCK THEM!!! Kommando A.K went from my room out to a worldwide "kommando". Rosa Honung went broke, had to close thier shop and now Asta Kask owns thier rights by thier self. I´ve also been involved in fanzines and e-zines. In 2006 I started up my recordlabel, Skippers Corner, only releasing digital mixtapes and cassettes. Some bands Ive played with, Antonn´s, Combat Rock, Norman Bates ( local bands from Karlskrona, Sweden) Totally 13 and one gig with the maniacs in The Great German Re-Research. Now I play bass in a old school blues n jazz band with some really old blokes, isn´t that PUNK? What made you start this fanzine ?

The one and only Turbojugend fanzine

Why not? Im soon 43, got family, 5 kids, work... I don´t have time to party every week, go to all the gigs... But in the JUGEND you have to be ACTIVE so running this shit makes me more active with TURBOJUGEND than my sexlife hahaha. What is your stånd (translation in swedish STÅND = ERECTION) on the age old question that we can see on facebook every other week. Kutte , cut the slevves or not? KUTTE. I´m a lucky bastard with an official Levi´s, so I´ll never cut that one. Whats does the future hold for the fanzine? That´s secrets... Na, I don´t really know. After each release we come up with tons of ideas. Lot´s of things we want to do. One big question is keep it as a fanzine or make a magazine. I think we´ll keep it as a fanzine, that´s far much cooler and more PUNK. 5 quick questions Beer or booze? Folköl (Peoples beer, a swedish low alcoholic beer), punsch (arrak drink), Gin & Tonic, Vodka RedBull, expensive red wine, Rum n cola. Coolest and worse drink, Rävemåla special (a special Raggar drink from Eddie Meduza, fill 1 drinkglas with HB, homebrewed booze, as decoration a pice of Falukorv (traditional swedish sausage)) Hank or Tony? Fuck that question. It´s all about TURBONEGRO / TURBOJUGEND. Thong or boxers (on males of course) What is that? Aha, underwear, underwear are for HETROSEXUALS, real Horny

The Nihilistic Army Fanzine # 5

Sailors don´t use underwear. Combat 4 life! There is always to much glitter or to little glitter ? What is glitter? Gary Glitter? John Travolta? ABBA? I just like rope and monkey fists. Favorite turbonegro album and song ? Never mind Turbonegro, SATOR - Slammer! -Pigvalley Beach. That´s two fingers in the ass punkrock!

One Man Army – Tj Kent My name is Steve Mashiter and I am the president of TJ- Kent which is located in the south east of england. I went to my first turbojugend show in 2007 to see turbonegro for a joke, and after the show i noticed all these people wearing jackets, thinking it was a “biker thing” when i found out that it was the turbojugend i couldn’t believe how cool it would be to represent my area as a dedicated band fan rather than a biker. Problem was though no matter how much i tried advertising, my area only has one rock-bar which is mainly student filled and so no one had ever really heard of the band. So i said screw it “ill go this alone” and so i did. I had my first meeting in london with the hammersmith bastards and it was so cool to be part of an accepting an open group of people, so i would reguarlly keep coming to london to attend shows and hang out more, eventually i ended up going to birmingham where i made even more friends and people started to notice my reputation as someone that “goes it alone” not a nomad just proud to represent my area solo.

Eventually i had travelled most of the uk including manchester to see turbonegro tour and even attended my first oslo bloodbath event. Being there and meeting so many people approaching me saying “you’re that one man jugend” filled me with pride as i would carry on regardless of being solo. Even attending my first wtjt solo was an honor as more and more people would get to know of me and my travels. Even bumping into people that started their own chapter solo because they had heard that i did it myself! being in the jugend is one of the coolest things ive ever done and for any man or woman thinking that they need more than one person to start a jugend, simply represent! Even if you have no friends in your area town or city, trust me in the jugend you are never alone. Through deathpunk tourism is the ultimate way to meet new friends and as denim family for life. So even if you have a chapter of 1 or 50 there is a whole deathpunk family out there.

Its been a long time since i heard a really awesome debut album like Razorbats – Camp rock. The band hailes from Norway and they Rock with a capital R. The records contains 11 songs of pure rock. They sound is like a car crash between old retro rock bands and some sweet ASS riffs smelling like D.A.D and I can hear a touch of Turboneger here and there. So go on your computer and use the ongoing fad called the world wide web and order it before internet looses its appeal and disapears. You can order it on www.shopturbojugend.com 5 caps /M. Turbonegro VS Turbojugend It's Sunday. I'm on the train back to Malmö and the sober sickness has soon reached it's climax. The train screatches as we roll out from Stockholm Central station. In my head I hear a fraction of Thursdays Turbonegro gig in Uppsala, on repeat.

"Carl Bildt this city. Carl Bildt this city on rock n roll." Tony was right when he described Stockholm as the home of evil as intro to City Of Satan. The hangover washes over me. But let's start from the beginning. It's Friday morning and me and Fishlicker of TJ Malmรถ are on the train to Stockholm to see Turbonegro play in Uppsala. Fishlicker turns to me and asks. "Do you have the ticket?" I take out the ticket and look at and after some time I pass the ticket on to him. He looks at my with doubt in his eyes. "Are you fucking kidding me?" The ticket reads. "Turbonegro - Nรถjesfabriken, Karlstad, Thursday, April 16th." I've bought the wrong ticket. And it is completely and utterly sold out. It's here in our story where it becomes clear that it is not a normal band we are going to see. Fishlicker suggests, perhaps I try and get hold of the band. I send out a message on Facebook to Nisse of Tj Nomads and to Happy Tom and tell him the story and ask him if he can help out. With the help of Nisse he responds, "How many?" I'm blown away. "Just me", I reply and a minute or two later he responds again "OK fixed". I

wonder silently what other band in Turbonegros size would put a random fan on the guest list. We arrive at Stockholm central station and meet up with all the other Jugends that are going to take TJ Stockholms train of flesh to Uppsala. I count at least 7-8 different Jugend chapters and the spirit is high. Me ans Fishlicker have been drinking since 9 in the morning and life feels fantastic. Many of the Jugends we meet we're meeting for the first time, and it's a beautiful thing to be able to grab the real life asses behind the Facebook profiles. Leaving the pre party in Uppsala and heading for the gig at Katalin in Uppsala our blood is running hot. Year 2000 they restored an old freight warehouse and Katalin was born. The scene isn't gigantic and just takes a couple of hundred people. As it happens, the promises of an intimate and streaming gig will be delivered in full. I've been on plenty of Turbonegro gigs on small and big stages, but this one blows me away. The pressure against the front row keeps peoples arms up and makes them stay up. Tony shines, jokes and sings his heart out. Songs are constantly started and followed by roars from the people. Age Of Pamparious, I got erection, City of Satan.. Massive crowd surfing. The shear force in the moshpit tears my kutte laterally in pieces and leaves me with a bleeding bite mark on my arm. Just thinking back now releases

andrenalin and makes my heart beat faster. I smile and kiss Fishlicker on his cheek. No words are needed, he was there, and he smiles back at me.

Chuck Maple I had the oppurtunity to ask the team behind the turbojugend mailorder a few quick questions and i hope you like it as much as i do. First of all i would like to thank you for taking your time to answer these questions.

Q. Who is Chuck Maple ?

A. I'm just a guy who fell for the travel and friendship aspects of the Turbojugend. I was raised in St. Louis, Missouri, US, and was part of the punk rock scene there until I started moving around the east coast of the US around '97 and eventually moved out to the west Rocky Mountain area in '00. Been in the body art field since 94/ 95, which is my day job. (I know! What the hell? The Mail Order team has to work?!?!?!?!) Juan and I both have day jobs which we work, due to the Mail Order being something that we do not profit off of. We would love a paycheck (Where's the fucking cash?) but it would be really weird to take money from a load of your friends or future friends. Q. How and Huh? Juan and I came about running the Mail Order due to a large group of homosexual angels that came to us with golden phali that we must read the future on, but only when we were in a dark room, and alone would that come to u.... Wait, that's the Church of Latter Day Saints... Was it the aliens? No, that's Scientology... Juan (Pandaemon) and I run the show. Juan was part of the group that I jokingly called The Deathpunk Moonshiners. This group was a small group of individuals that really wanted to see success of the Turbojugend. I hand picked friends from over the years, and asked them questions when I began to attempt to get some of my local buddies their kutten. I just bought Levi's retail, and took them into a local embroidery, and used my old and beat up TJFC kutte to model it all.

The Nihilistic Army Fanzine # 5

Eventually, in this group, Juan brought it to my attention that he had a 666th cousin who did denim manufacturing in Mexico. In the meantime, Tom, Tony, and Rune had all become a part of the Moonshiners group, as they obviously knew that a new record was in the works, and they wanted to have a handle in things. Jarvis Cash (Whiskey A Go Go - TJ Hammersmith Bastards) introduced them to us, and brought them on in. In all of the discussion, we were under the same guidelines that the TJ is anyway. No profit off of a copyright. Super punk rock, profitless ethics. Obviously, having a connection to manufacturing meant that we would need to hit up the band who had been adamant concerning NO PROFIT. Needless, to say, I mentioned the idea of royalties to Rune, and found out that they had never received them for Turbojugend merch previously. Not that they weren't supposed to, just that they never received 'em! So, to the tune of $46.25 I gave Turbonegro their first Turbojugend royalties. Juan and I had concerns though. We had a 150 jacket minimum to order... That was a load of money, and with the band barely thinking over getting together with Tony, we were really concerned that we would not sell 150 over a year. That was a lot of jackets to have sitting around my house. By the time that we received those 150, we had already placed a second order, for another 150. It was crazy. We didn't expect that. Q. How does the making process of our beloved

The one and only Turbojugend fanzine

Kutte loock like (from order to delivery)?

A. The reason there is a long wait is because we have never been able to catch up. That's really it. The denim goes from it's rolled state and gets cut by giant blades into each panel. The front left panel and back panel goes to embroidery to get the logo, cap, and Turbojugend. That's some of the things we have battled with is getting the right place doing it so it holds up well. After all that, they go back to manufacturing, get sewn together, and get shipped to me. Juan handles all communication up to this point, and then I take over. When they arrive in Fort Collins, they are taken into another embroidery location, and personalized. When they are finished, they are packaged and shipped. So, should you put all these things toghether here: 4 - 6 weeks for manufacturing, 1 week for shipping from Guadelejara to Fort Collins, 2 4 weeks for personalization (they have other jobs that come in also), and then shipped. Should something go wrong, and it often does, it can take longer. Like FedEx lost 40 kutten on the last order. Box broke open, and we didn't get them. We are working with them to get a refund for those right now. Long and short... Patience is great. I remember the first kutte I received took nine months to get to me. I received three emails back, concerning the timelines. It's worth it when it arrives, but remember, Juan and I have our jobs, our families, our chapters, and the Mail Order, and Self Destructo Records to handle. SDR is

great due to Matt and Roy and Dougie being great help, but it's still a load of our free time taken up by things we do not make any money from, and it's time we could be with our families and friends, instead of all this. We enjoy the work, but it's tough sometimes."

Q. I understand that you now have most of the start up kinks fixed so to say ? A. Yep. We have not adjusted the kutte since November 2014. We have the embroidery and sizing ironed out, and enough description written, and an accurate size chart... So, of course, we are weirdos, and expect people to be informed before ordering. Q. Can you give the readers a little sneak peak into the future of the turbojugend mail order any new prints or merch on the horizon A. Loads and loads actually. Reprint the Vision in classic colors, doing a couple more of the old styles, and overall, just making some new crazy stuff. We do have some interesting stuff coming. Ok, so the story began at winter 2014. We decided to have a TJ pond hockey tournament. There were six of us TJ Helsinki/Kirkkonummi United vs TJ Vantaa. TJ Vantaa took the win on overtime. We decided to make it a yearly tradition, but a few weeks after Bubba Hankson from TJ Routio asked if we could get a team to real tournament. The tournament was a rock n' roll hockey tournament hosted by a team called The Torpedos of Kursk. It was held in Lohja, home city of TJ Routio. All of a sudden we had enough player that had all the nececery equipment (standard hockey gear) to play and the team was born. With guys putting on their gear for the first time in 20 or so years we lost every single game. We were all out of shape, badly. We got to borrow a goalie from Kursk who was the little brother of one of our players. He's an amazing goalie and we stole him after the tournament. He's now our goalie and he loves to be part of this. We also had about 40 jugends cheering us in the stands and singing I got erection the whole day and drinking of course. They were

so great fans the other teams said to us come back next year and bring your fans with you! This season we started practicing once a week, first on our own but just a few weeks ago we started to practice with the Kursk team in Lohja. That way we get better games and also hopefully get better aswell. The main goal is the Rock n' Roll tournament in Lohja again. We've played two friendly games against a team called Ve-Ve from Kirkkonummi this season. Lost both but we keep improving all the time, and it is visible. We also now have a coach, Vilkku, TJ Kirkkonummi who keeps us motivated. Our current Home jersey is blue, and we just ordered pink away jerseys. We also have sponsors on the pinks jerseys. Mainly bars that hosts all the TJ Finland events here. They were also exited to be apart of this team. Here is the current roster of the team: Goalie: Ekkis 39 honorary tj member Defencmen: Hulahoop 81 "A" TJ Kirkkonummi Jen Kem 10 TJ Routio Vesa 11 TJ Vantaa Rusty 45 TJ Kyrkslätt Forwards: Stuka 18 "A" TJ Helsinki Clark 17 TJ Helsinki Nukke 112 "C" TJ Helsinki Styranki 15 TJ Espoo Def Lepard 22 TJ Espoo Sister 23 TJ Vantaa H20 13 TJ Vantaa Ylä-Börje 14 TJ Ost Neuland

We don't have any merch right now and have not discussed ito make any yet. Maybe in the future. TJ Finland vs. TJ Sweden would be awesome, so as soon as the swedes get a team together we will challenge them to game followed by a night of partying and drinking and debauchary! That invite goes out to all other countries aswell. We play hockey because we love it and enjoy it. It's great fun, eapecially with a bunch of jugends who think alike. This thing has brought us even closer together and win or lose we always have fun and laugh in the lockerroom before and after the game. We also like to invite people to the tournament in Lohja. It's Saturday 16th of January. Event is all day and ends in a massive party with bands in the city. More information in facebook.
