This book of fifty drawings were done from June 23, 2019 to July 20, 2019, while I was recuperating from a surgery. The surgery enforced some controls on my physical movements and I took a scribbling pad and some sketch pens from my daughter and drew what came to my mind. I made my own rules on techniques, patterns and colours. The outcome of twenty-eight days is presented in the coming pages. Each drawing took me about two and a half hours.
I had not named them until I completed my thirtieth piece. It stuck me simply that these are what flew from my mind through my fingers and I named it ‘Mind Flows’. I checked the phrase in Internet and found out that in the ‘Flow’ state of mind, the person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement and enjoyment in the process of the activity. Indeed, I enjoyed doing these artworks. Hope you do too!
