Scuba Diving, Discover (Cont.) realize how easy scuba diving really is. You will get to wear scuba diving equipment, breathe underwater and learn some basic skills and safety rules that can show if a full certification is for you! No experience is required. with a focus on traveling, education and leisure, as well as learning about Latin American cultures. Students will focus on grammatical skills, verb conjugation and idiomatic expressions. *Programs are offered in a virtual or in person format depending on the participant’s preference. Senior Strength - Virtual Senior Strength includes body resistance exercises targeting major muscle groups with attention to balance, stretching and an emphasis on standing core work. Weights can be used but are not necessary. A wall will be used for some exercises. A sturdy chair or table can be used to aid in balance. Page 6, 8 Instructor: Elizabeth Klijnsmit

Tap Dance This class will allow students to learn basic tap steps along with skills of musicality, collaboration, and creativity. Throughout this course students will learn the names of traditional tap steps and learn how to execute them in combinations at different speeds and techniques. Sewing Lab Co-Op Sewing Lab is designed to provide you with a premium workspace, allowing you to work side-by-side with fellow sewers. An instructor will be available at each class to offer direction and advice as needed. Come have fun in this social, creative and fun environment. All participants must bring their projects and fabric to the first class. Page 6 Simple Indian Cooking Techniques Co-Op Some Indian recipes calls for some simple, but different, techniques to cook certain dishes. The results produce amazing food. Come to this class and see how easy it is to make some easy and tasty dishes that will wow even the pickiest eaters. Page 7 Instructor: Susan Pack Ski and Snowboard Club Learn to Ski or Snowboard at Little Switzerland Page 21 Soccer, Youth Indoor Co-Op Our successful indoor soccer program consists of instruction and competitive play. Emphasis is on learning the fundamentals of the game, techniques, conditioning and sportsmanship. Participants divide into teams to play scrimmage games and have fun! All players should wear shin guards to each practice. Page 19

3D Printing Program Students will understand the history of 3D printing and the importance and value that it will have on their everyday lives as they get older. We will use a kid friendly CAD program to build and design projects that they will be able to 3D print. As we progress throughout the class we will continue to add new tools and skills to make more and more complex projects and design. Page 17 Instructor: Dustin Slusser Tiny Tumblers This course will introduce children to gymnastics. Participants will become comfortable with their body and trying new and challenging movements. Age 2-3 participants must have an adult that actively participates in the class. Page 18 Using Up The Summer’s Harvest Now is the time to use up that summer produce. Join us for this hands-on cooking class to learn how to use up that harvest by making tasty Indian dishes. Your taste buds will love you! Page 6 Instructor: Susan Pack

Soccer Instruction Youth interested in getting involved with soccer and improving their fundamentals through shooting, dribbling, and ball control drills are encouraged to sign up for this class. Please bring appropriate footwear (i.e. cleats) and a water bottle. Page 17

Volleyball Instruction Girls and boys who would love to learn the basic fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting and serving are invited to register. Build your skills in a fun, yet challenging setting. Whether you love the sport of volleyball or you just want to learn more, this class is for you. Spanish Programs, Adult Co-Op Conversational Spanish: It is time to use your Spanish skills in a small class setting. We will work with all the tenses, grammar, reading and comprehension skills. Beginning Spanish: Learn Spanish skills in a small class setting. Pick up new vocabulary

Water Aerobics, Deep Come get a full body workout that includes stretching, warm-up, cardiovascular conditioning, toning, and a cool down rutine using flotation belts. Participants must provide their own belt. Page 7, 24

Instructor: Freda Wright Water Aerobics, Shallow Join us for a workout that combines stretching, cardio, strenght, and toning. You will march, jog, and jump through the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Participants do not need to know how to swim as class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool. Page 6, 8, 24 Instructor: Freda Wright Yoga, Mindful, Virtual This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It’s a two-forone: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Finish feeling relaxed, refreshed, and focused. Jamie Lynn Tatera is a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor with years of experience teaching gentle yoga. Page 6, 8 Instructor: Jamie Lynn Tatera Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike Page 6, 8 Instructor: Mary Anna Mejchar Zumba Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Page 7, 8 Instructor: Michelle Streng
