WELCOME LETTER A warm welcome to all our attendees at the Eighth Annual Regional Summit! Back in 2008, when the Women’s Initiative (WI) was founded, our mission was to become the foremost resource for businesswomen in the region. Over the years, through a range of educational programs, networking events, and mentoring opportunities, we have effectively enabled women to Connect, Grow, and Achieve. Our natural progression led us to create a full-day leadership-focused conference, and we launched the inaugural Summit in 2016. Our Planning Committee has meticulously curated an impressive roster of exceptional presenters, and we are thrilled to share this exciting day with all of you. Under this year’s captivating theme, “Passing the Mic: Empowering Ourselves and Others,” we aim to equip you with the essential tools for self-care, team development, and driving business success. As the day unfolds, we anticipate that our program will inspire you to elevate your performance and empower your colleagues upon your return to the office. We hope that each of you discovers valuable insights to enrich your own set lists. We can’t thank our sponsors enough for their generosity. Because of them, we are able to offer this jam-packed day of content and interaction, all at this amazing venue, MegaCorp Pavilion. Please thank them as you see them today, and over the coming weeks at other NKY Chamber events. Finally, we encourage you to learn more about the Women’s Initiative. We are always looking for volunteers, and now is your chance to become more involved in creating programs that will enrich your professional life and the lives of those around you. Please take a moment to reach out to learn how you can be a part of the WI team today. Thanks to each of you for attending and supporting the Eighth Annual Women’s Initiative Regional Summit. And now, it’s time to pass the mic!

SESSIONS 3 & 4
