Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) Kathmandu & trekking preparation and permit paper work day.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our support team will wait for you holding your name plate at arrival terminal. Our team meets and greets you then transfer to the Hotel. Then we organize trekking permits and trekking preparation paper work. Check your trekking gears are enough for the Everest Base Camp Trek. Please, make sure your insurance details that cover the entire trip and have a copy of your travel medical insurance policy with you and provide for us as well.

Great Family Run Company, Excellent Service, Strongly Recommend! We used Nepal Mot her House for t he Best Everest Base Camp t rek in May and i could not have asked for a bet t er experience. Our guide Kapil was excellent and looked aft er us very well, along wit h speaking great English. All aspect s of t he t rek were t aken care of including flight s t o and from Lukla, port er who was st rong, kind and friendly, accommodat ion at each lodge and all meals breakfast lunch and dinner each day. In t he mont hs leading up t o t he t rek, Karna replied and answered all of our inquiries and
quest ions t hrough email and also looked aft er us if we needed anyt hing from lending us a Nepalese mobile phone t o showing us around Thamel and bargaining for us during our shopping t rips. Highly recommend going wit h t his t rekking company :) + Show more
