Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek are probably some of the most adventurous treks in the Himalayas that offer a lifetime trekking experience. If you are an adventure fanatic, who seeks challenges and less crowded trails yet loves to be down to Earth and escape in nature, and then Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek is the best option for you. Trekking in the Manaslu region opened in 1991, whereas Tsum Valley was opened in 2008 for foreign travelers. Closed for decades, these two regions have well-preserved and protected the unspoiled vegetation, ancient Buddhist culture, and exotic wildlife. Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trekking follow a spectacular terrain that gradually ascends towards the hidden Tsum Valley to a place called Nup Ri. The locals

Regarding the sleeping pads; the entire Manaslu trip is well known as a tea house, and Homestay the basic trek, they provide the bed with quite good matters, normally you do not need to bring to it which might because of more weight, but if you have the blowing mattress then it is good sense to bring with you.
