We never cease to be amazed at the generosity of individuals helping our organization make quantum changes. Indeed your kind and compassionate gifts to the National MS Society will be long-lasting. In our quest for a world free of MS, we have stumbled across some difficult times. Most recently, the economic events of the past 18 months have tested our character as a person, a community and a nation. But, we believe that individually and collectively the MS Leadership Class of 2009 has claimed a moment of success; inspiring hope and encouraging innovation for people living with MS. Your outstanding fundraising efforts will support vital research through the National MS Society’s Promise 2010 Campaign, a nationwide effort to raise at least $35 million for targeted areas of research and patient care that hold great potential. It is our desire that you continue making giving a priority, promoting a value system grounded on respect for others and a strong belief in self-worth.
