100 YEAR CELEBRATION As we all know, the National Park celebrated 100 years this summer and the crowds here reflected the love we all have for our Parks.

Yellowstone Park visitation was actualized at over 2.2 million people for July and August, while September numbers are still being calculated. Needless to say, it was a very successful summer for the Park, which in turn made summer in Jackson Hole another great season.

QUARTER THREE The resort anticipated the increase of visitors and set its sights high on achieving great revenue. Our team worked hard to secure a 29% increase in leisure revenue, year over year for Q3. While occupancy was almost flat, we were able to secure a higher ADR year over year.

Just in Q3 we averaged a $40 increase in ADR‌incredible numbers!

September was a banner month, our achieved revenue was higher than we could have imagined. We guess people have caught on that September is one of the most glorious months in Jackson Hole!

LOBBY UPDATES This summer, photographer Sammy Dyess visited us to help secure some great photos of the resort. We are excited to share these photos with you and we hope you enjoy! Sammy definitely captured the look of the lobby and it is amazing how a few photos can show how wonderful the lobby turned out.

WINTER PASSES

25 DAYS OF FREE SKIING With the last of the leaves falling from the trees, it seems fall has snuck by and got us in a winter frame of mind. You would’ve thought we were all ready to break out our skis when it snowed at the top of the Tram in mid-September.
