NOBLE HOUSE LOGO USAGE NH Logo Variations
Version 1: For use on Noble House collateral when website will be shown elsewhere.
Version 2: For use on all property ads and collateral.
Version 3: Noble House logo and stamp can be used separately on email templates or other collateral when necessary. Stamp is placed directly over image and Noble House logo is placed below image.

Whenever possible a white Noble House Logo should be used over imagery. Opacity of N stamp may be altered from 60% to 80% depending on background image used.

Logo is preferred to be white on a darker background, other acceptable colors are Black, PMS 547 and PMS 873 (metallic). Primary background color should be in PMS 547 and secondary background color should be in PMS 873 (metallic). Alternate background colors are PMS 324 at 40% opacity, PMS 3945 at 30% opacity, and PMS 382 at 30% opacity. Accent color for horizontal rule, social media and contact information icons should be in PMS 7417.
LOGO PLACEMENT Property logo should always be at bottom and center of all ads, Noble House logo should always be placed in lower right hand corner of the FRONT PAGE.

When not to use Noble House logo The only time the Noble House logo may be omitted is for small banner ads and any other format in which the logo would be less than 90 px or 1.25�

Headline
Headline copy should be in font corresponding to property’s guidance.
Photo should be a signature shot (photos will change depending on intended use: leisure, meeting, wedding, food & beverage) Image must be photoshopped to accomodate the white logo and text while looking as natural as possible.
Logo is placed bottom center in all white.

Property address is always in the bottom left corner in this order: website | phone number | address
Noble House logo is always placed bottom right. Stamp should be transparent but legible (opacity percentage will vary depending on darkness of image.) Far right portion of logo should be cut off to appear “stamped.”
The above rules apply to all print ads, regardless of size. Rules apply to wedding, spa, leisure, and business ads.
Multi-PAGE LAYOUTs Front Cover Headline should be used over imagery or solid color background for a cover. Opacity of a large typograhpy or a bold headline may be altered to no lower than 70% depending on background image used, but it should always be 100% when it’s over a solid color background.
Spread Bold headline or large typography may be used over an imagery or a solid color background. The headline should be in white color whenever possible. It’s opacity may be altered to no lower than 70% depending on background used.
Multi-PAGE LAYOUTs
Typographpy contrast may also be used when appliable. Contrasting typefaces should be combined and mixed-matched in a way that complements and balances each other. Other design elements, like a stamp, a border, or a frame, etc. may be incorporated to the contrasting typefaces too.
In an editorial layout, headline copy should be in font corresponding to property’s guidance. Headline should be over a solid color text block. Sub-headline copy font should be primarily in title case Didot Regular, other approved fonts may be cross-utilized when necessary. Whenever possible, sub-headline should be directly below headline. Body copy should always be Helvetica Regular.

Bold accent lines (horizontal rules) that matches proerty brand color may be use above and below body copy, and/or in between body paragraphs.
Back Cover Property address is always bottom center. Address copy should be over a color text block. The address should be written in this order: website | phone number | address

TYPOGRAPHY General Headline Copy Fonts The Noble House headline copy fonts are upper case Alégre Sans and Bauer Bodoni, please refer to below for guidance. Sub-headline copy font is title case Didot Regular. Deca, Monterey Beach Resort, Commons, Pelican, Hilton, Ocean Key, Mountain Lodge, and Kona Kai use Alégre Sans as their primary headline texts. Edgewater, River Terrace Inn, Bernardus, Little Palm Island, LaPlaya, Portofino, Riviera, Hotel Viking, Gateway Canyons use Bauer Bodoni Italic as their primary headline texts. Bauer Bodoni’s kerning should always be slightly increased. These two fonts may be cross-utilized when necessary.

IMAGERY Single page layouts (covers of brochures, ads, etc.) should always be full-bleed and consist of one singular image. Lead with signature iconic photography and compliment with lifestyle to target audience. For interior pages, combine landscape photography with lifestyle in a combination of full bleed and 1/8� white borders. Use type directly over image whenever possible. For large blocks of body copy, lay white text over a color block with pattern that matches property website.
