TERRACE CONFERENCE ROOM This stylish conference room features 780 square feet of meeting and event space with French doors leading out to the River Terrace - the perfect mix of sophisticated and natural. The Terrace Conference Room can accommodate up to 60 guests for a variety of events and group functions.

EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM Sporting 236 square feet of sleek meeting space, plush executive leather chairs, numerous electrical outlets and wireless high-speed internet, the Executive Boardroom is a high-tech environment for powerhouse board meetings, think-tanks and roundtables for up to 10 people.

FIREPLACE ROOM With French doors leading to the patio, an elegant stone fireplace and a projection screen ideal for power-point presentations, the Fireplace Room is a peaceful productive space for meetings and events for up to 20 colleagues or friends.


RIVER TERRACE Boasting gorgeous views of the Napa River, the River Terrace is an intimate outdoor venue with a glowing fire pit and natural teak furniture along a low stone wall. The River Terrace is a unique setting for receptions, cocktail parties, dinners, meeting lunches and impromptu breakout sessions for up to 50 people.

CUVテ右 Our private dining rooms consist of the Premier Cru Roomadjacent to our Wine Cellar, which accommodates up to 16 people and the Grand Cru Room which will seat your party of up to fifty comfortably. Larger parties can be accommodated by utilizing our private courtyard and adjacent patios. Our entire restaurant is available to you for a fixed fee with the exception of certain Holiday periods.

TEAM BUILDING WINE BLENDING WORKSHOP The workshop will consist of a wine blending workshop. Each attendee will create a wine blend that will be bottled, labeled, corked, and wax dipped. Customized labels will be provided to affix to the bottles. Each guest will take home a 375 ml bottle of his own blend. Fee includes all educational materials, wines for the workshop, bottles, corks, and materials to create labels. Venue, food, corkage and any additional beverages served must be arranged with the venue and will be at an additional charge.

CABERNET CHAOS ON THE RIVER VIEW GARDEN WITH COUNTRY PICNIC Teams compete against one another, frantically stomping real wine grapes as fast as they can. Each team must guide their magical elixir down a copper trough into a carafe riding on a cart. The cart glides along an 8’ teeter-totter and rolls back and forth based on the balancing talents (or lack there of) of the team members. If the team can balance well, their carafe stops moving, thus making it easier to collect the flowing juice. With four people on the teeter-totter (two on either side), they’ll need to work together to keep it balanced. Bonus juice is added through an ingenious system that rewards the team with better equilibrium.


CHEF CHALLENGE “COUNTRY DUMPLINGS” Interactive chef’s demonstration and Iron Chef gnocchi country dumplings contest. Attendees will be split into 6 teams of 5 people, with a different flavor of gnocchi for each team; teams will produce and roll out dumplings, and proceed to collaborate on the sauce that will be served later that night, as well as designing a sign to sell their teams gnocchi at dinner. The dumplings will be cooked and prepared by Cuvée’s professional culinary staff and a winning team will be determined after dinner. Team # 1 – Roasted Chestnut Dumplings Team # 2 – Lemon Chive Dumplings Team # 3 – Porcini Mushroom Dumplings Team # 4 – Ancho Chili Cilantro Dumplings Team # 5 – Toasted Walnut and Sage Dumplings Team # 6 – Roasted Jalapeño and Lime Dumplings Jordan Mackey, our executive chef will MC the contest as well as offer culinary instruction and advice on sauce decisions. The attendees will pick from the following list of ingredients to come up with the winning sauce combination, the sauces themselves will be produced by Jordan prior to dinner. The gnocchi dishes will be cooked to order by 2 stations each cooking 3 teams selections, and a delightful buffet dinner will accompany the teams’ dishes.

WINE BOOT CAMP ADVENTURE IN SONOMA COUNTY Wine Boot Camp Adventures include a vineyard adventure, a tasting of highly regarded wines from top Sonoma County wineries, lunch in the vineyard, a customized wine blending workshop, and other activities.
