General Information MENUS Event details and banquet menus must be confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Your catering manager will then create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for your approval. Vegan and seasonal organic menus are available upon request.
GUARANTEES The guaranteed food and beverage numbers must be provided by 12 noon, three (3) business days prior to the program start date, excluding weekends and holidays. This number will be the final guaranteed minimum and not subject to reduction after this time. We will prepare 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. Final charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the total number of guests served, whichever is greater. If no guarantee number is provided, then the number of persons originally booked at time of contract will be used.
MENU PRICES Menu prices quoted are estimates only and may be subject to change, due to extraordinary changes in costs of commodities, labor, taxes or other similar reasons. Your catering manager may make reasonable menu substitutions should the situation arise. Prices are subject to a 21% service charge and 8% tax.
MEAL SERVICE Plated and buffet meal service is based on a two (2) hour serve time. Breaks are based upon a thirty (30) minute serve time. Per person beverage service is based on a three (3) hour serve time. All hot buffets have a minimum of twenty-five (25) people. If you have less than twenty-five (25) people, there will be an additional fee of $5 per person. An extension of actual service times is subject to additional labor fees.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES There will be a labor fee for Chef Attendants of $150 each. An Early Chef Fee of $150 each will be applied to any hot food ordered prior to a 7:00am start time. Bartenders: $100.00 each. We require one (1) bartender per seventy-five (75) people. Dance Floor: There is a $200 fee for a dance floor. Room Re-Sets: If a room set-up is changed within twenty four (24) hours of the event, there will be a minimum additional fee of $200.00 for the re-set. On National Holidays an additional labor fee may be added for meals/setup. Package handling fees apply for all incoming and outgoing boxes.
S E R V I C E C H A R G E , G R AT U I T I E S & TA X E S The combined gratuity and service charge that is in effect on the day of your Event will be added to your account. Currently, the combined charge is equal to 21% of the food and beverage total, plus any applicable state and/or local taxes.
S P E C I A LT Y O R D E R S Our catering manager and executive chef are happy to assist with ordering any specialty food and beverage items in advance. Products that are not normally stocked are considered specialty orders will be charged accordingly.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE No outside food or beverages are allowed at any event. Licensing restrictions require that only food and beverage purchased by Spur Catering can be served at events. Wyoming State Liquor Law makes it illegal for a retailer to knowingly allow a customer to bring spirits/liquor onto the licensed premises.
E N T E R TA I N M E N T Entertainment for indoor functions will conclude at or before 12 midnight. All outdoor entertainment must conclude at or before 10:00 pm.
