Our Chef using only the best ingredients propose a delicious and sophisticated menu respecting in same time the Italian tradition. Entertainment for all our guests with the disco animated by our resident DJ, the cocktails of our bartenders, children reserved area with games and circus animators. Our staff is at your complete disposal to meet with any special request about changing the menu for food intolerances and allergies. A special menu for kids is also available.
MENU Appetizer: a flute of Ferrari Maximum Brut, oysters, big shaped Parmesan, salami, olives, strawberries and other fresh fruits Creamed codfish with potatoes Fine fassone meat chopped with celery mousse, Parmesan cream, artichokes confit and crispy quinoa Ginger basil risotto and scallops Mascarpone ravioli pasta with duck ragu sauce and Nebiolo wine cream. Prawns from Mazara “ Michelangelo’s way” with saffron English cream Fillet of veal at the Wellington style with small cake of bacon and potatoes. Tiramisu and bacio di dama Panettone and Pandoro Tasting of sausage with lentils (as for our tradition it is deserved around midnight as a good luck gesture for the new year) Wines deserved during the dinner: Arneis and Barbera Soliter di Pescaja Soft drinks and mineral water
