My name is José Luis, I'm 57 years old, I'm Spanish, from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and I live in a flat near Las Canteras Beach. I'm married since 1982, Carmen is my wife and I have got two children: Carlos and Natalia, 31 and 28 years old. Carlos is a degree in International Trade and Marketing, and he works at BBVA. He also has a sports center with two friends in Maspalomas, where he plays padel and a new sport called padbol. Natalia is a nurse and works at the Hospital Perpetuo Socorro. I get up at 7.30, then I have breakfast - an orange juice and a cup of milk with honey and gofio and I get dressed and after that I go to the fruit shop to buy fruit and vegetables. At 11.00 I usually eat some almonds and nuts. At 13.15 I watch the news on television, then I have lunch at 14.30. After lunch I go for a walk, and I get home early. At 20.00 I read newspapers and check emails. I have a shower at 21.00, then I have dinner and telephone my children and read for a while. I finally go to bed at 23.30. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I get up at 6.50, because I go to English classes. I walk to class. I love travelling, my favourite cities in Europe are Paris, Berlin and Rome. I would like to go back to Paris every year. In a few months, I would like to do Camino de Santiago and also traveling to Helsinki, St. Petersburg and Moscow. I like going for a walk on the beach everyday and doing yoga three days a week. I like thriller films and romantic comedies, but I hate French and Italian films. My favourite film is El club de los poetas muertos, and my favourite actors are Robin Williams and Hugh Jackman. I like going to the theatre and Auditorium for concerts, musicals and plays. I like jazz and soul music, my favourite songs are What a wonderful world, by Louis Armstrong, and Imagine, by John Lennon. I hate heavy metal music. I love sports, especially football and basketball, I like going to Gran Canaria Arena every two weeks to watch the games of Herbalife Gran Canaria. At the weekends, I like going to the restaurants with my friends, I like all kind of food, and I like going for a walk and swimming in the sea, and watching football games on TV with my family. My name's Manuel Zuñiga and I turned sixty five last September. I am from Arcos de la frontera in Cadiz, and arrived in Gran Canaria from Barcelona to do military service as a parachutist. When I finished that period, I worked with an arquitect, and a construction company. I always get up at 6.30 a.m.and after that I have a shower.Later, I have breakfast with a little coffe,toast bread and butter. Sometimes, I do exercise and walk to school. I am married with a canary woman, and we have two beautiful children, their names are Idaira and Davinia. They don't have children, but they love children and they are very good teachers. At weekends we go for a little walk in Canteras beach, and I like to eat in restaurants with my family but my daughter doesn't like to eat out sometimes. We go out to visit any other places too. Cooking is another hobby and I spend many hours cooking for my family. I like to learn new recipes. Hello, my name is Monica ,I was born in Medellin(Colombia),I arrive in Gran Canaria in December 1999. Sometimes I am going to Colombia on holiday ,but I haven’t been there since 2010. Hello everybody, my name´s Angel, I´m twenty-eight years old, I´m Spanish, I´m from Gran Canaria and live in Telde. Hi! My name is Daniel Medina. I study administration and business management at university. I’m 26 years old. I live in Las Palmas. I have a girlfriend and her name is Anayansy. Everyday I wake up at 6.00 a.m. and then I have a shower and after that I have a breakfast. Every Monday and Wednesday I’m going to English classes by bus, these classes finish at 10.15 a.m. and then I do English and Economics homework. I’m quite tall, but not very tall.
