Cheerleading Come and learn the fundamentals of cheer at a fraction of the cost of other gyms in town! Kids will learn age appropriate cheers, dances, and jumps. Girls Level Two:

(1 hour) This class is for young boys (610 years old) that want to continue with gymnastics. Kinder gym is encouraged, but not a requirement. Class includes: vault, rings, floor, and bars.

(1 hour) Ages: 6-10. This class is designed for children that want to learn how to tumble but do not want to learn everything about gymnastics. (This is a good class for beginning cheer). Children will learn the fundamentals for tumbling (cartwheels, headstand, forward/ backwards rolls, etc.) [2 separate classes] Thursday 4-5pm, Saturday 1-2pm

Tumbling Level Two:

(1 hour) Ages: 8-12. This class is for more advanced students. Must take tumbling level one to continue to level two. Level two picks up where level one left off. (Cartwheels-both sides, round offs-both sides, back bends & bridge ups, etc.) [2 separate classes] Thursday 5-6pm, Saturday 1-2pm

Come take a walk on the wild side! Make a new craft each week based on animals from the Safari. Join us and let’s explore!


Join the fun with your whole family! A hands-on adventure in rock climbing. You learn tying knots, climbing commands and signals. Each week you climb in Riverview's own specialized climbing gym, featuring 16 foot high walls with overhangs, cracks, pockets, edges, pinches, underclings, and slopers.

I Love Bugs!

Does your little one love to hunt bugs in the yard? Are they fascinated by the world around them? Then give them a thrill with our “I love bugs” class. In this 6 week class for 3-5 year olds, they’ll learn and play while studying a new bug each week like dragon flies, lady bugs and spiders. They’ll create crafts and play games - all with a bug theme.

Cooking with Cora Your kids will learn their way around a kitchen during this two hour cooking event for kids ages 6 to 12. Students will create a yummy dish to take home and share with the whole family. Limited to the first 12 students to pre-register for each 1-day class.

Introduction to Computers: This class is for people new to computers. Learn how to start and turn off a computer and the basics of operating a computer. Learn to open and close programs, move the mouse, write letters, create forms, use a printer and experience the Internet. This fun and exciting class is taught by Bob Campbell and he will teach you how to get the most out of your computer!

Microsoft Windows Basics (Intermediate) This is a great class for those looking to enter (or re-enter) the workforce and seeking to improve their computer skills, or for those who currently have computer skills but would like to expand them. Instructor Betsy Roig will cover a new topic each week including: Microsoft overview, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Lifeguard Training and Certification Class This class will train you for an exciting job as a certified Lifeguard. The course includes: Lifeguarding skills, First Aid, CPR for adults, youth and infants, CPR for the Professional Rescuer which includes AED administration, Bloodborne Pathogen training, and Oxygen Administration. The class includes a series of physical tests prior to certification. Students must continuously swim 300 yards using 100 yards of Front Crawl, 100 yards of Breast Stroke, and 100 yards of Front Crawl or Breast Stroke. Students will also be required to swim the length of the pool, surface dive from a 10 foot pool, pick up a 10 pound brick from the bottom, and swim back to the starting point while holding the brick with two hands and your face above the water. The students will need to be able to tred water for at least 3 minutes with no hands. Prior to passing the class you will be recommended for a seasonal position through NOR, but must be 15 and a half by June.
