Business Manager

Katie is thrilled to begin her third year with Northern Sky, an organization she’s long admired since growing up in Sturgeon Bay. She earned a BA in chemistry from St. Olaf College, her teaching certificate at Lawrence University, and a MSE in physics education at UWRiver Falls. Katie has pivoted her love of numbers and balancing chemical equations to the back-office activities at Northern Sky. She’s been attending performances since 1993 and started bringing her kids along as preschoolers. They love that Mom works at such an amazing place. Before this, she taught science classes for over a decade at Sevastopol. You can still catch Katie teaching, but now it’s spin and yoga for the Door County YMCA. She’d like to wish the company, volunteers, and patrons a wonderful season!

BECKY DELISLE Ticket Sales Manager

Becky was born and raised in Green Bay, WI, and graduated from Ripon College with a mathematics major and a music minor. Shortly after being hired by IBM, she moved to Massachusetts and became a technical sales manager. After retiring from IBM, she moved back to Green Bay and looked forward to spending time in Door County at her family’s cottage on Kangaroo Lake. Little did she realize that she would find a new work home at Northern Sky Theater! The summer of 2019 was her first season working in the ticket office at Northern Sky, and she enjoyed it so much that she re-joined the team full-time in November 2020.

KATHLEEN JACKSON Volunteer Coordinator

Kathleen is returning for her eighth season as a part of the Northern Sky family. When she isn’t at the theater or Northern Sky offices, you can find her drinking a cup of coffee at a café around town or sitting on the beach reading yet another fantasy novel. Her passion for the arts keeps bringing her back to Northern Sky, as well as the atmosphere of the company. She is ecstatic to be continuing her role as volunteer coordinator and is ready for summer to start!

SUE PIPER Senior House Manager & Volunteer Manager

Sue has been a part of Northern Sky since 2007. She has worn many hats over the years since joining the company, from volunteer to office staff to house manager. Sue is very much looking forward to spending her summer in the park with our amazing company and volunteers! In the off-season, Sue works for the Sturgeon Bay Schools where she is a part of the 4th grade team as a special education teacher. She enjoys singing and playing fiddle and mandolin. In her down time, Sue loves hiking, kayaking, camping, and anything outdoors. Sue shares her home with a furry feline named Birdie.
