---- Welcome ---The Northwest Arkansas Top 10 welcomes you to the 2018 Spring issue. We are happy to announce that the magazine continues to grow at an exciting rate. Our social media network and our weekly Things To Do list published on our blog and several other locations keep our readers up-to-date and informed of the many happenings including live music, theatre, special events and much more throughout all of Northwest Arkansas. Our Things To Do list is a handy place to reference before scheduling your weekend’s activities.

BEST of Northwest Arkansas. It is a known fact that people will tell others either about a very good experience or a bad one. Whether it’s dining out, playing or staying, we want our residents, newcomers and some five million visitors to tell others about the outstanding experiences they’ve had in NWA. Word of mouth is still the best way to spread the word about anything. Our magazine and the people who read it help tell the Northwest Arkansas story as the wonderful story that it is.

Without fail, people want to know how we come up with our Top 10 lists. For obvious reasons, the actual formula is proprietary, however, our algorithm is based on literally thousands of online reviews, select reader polls and the covert experiences of the NWATravelGuide.com’s street team. Members of our street team could be thought of as mystery shoppers. This formula, with its three pronged approach, is extremely good at yielding the Top 10 in any particular category.

We’re proud to include our 36 Hours In Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville and Eureka Springs in this issue. These are short, sample itineraries, and are meant to guide anyone through a 36-hour trip to one of these growing Northwest Arkansas cities. These initial 36 Hour articles are just the beginning of the wonderful plans we have for the Top 10 this year.

Although we do allow a minimum amount of advertising, no business can pay to be on one of our Top 10 lists! This practice together with our proprietary selection process avoids even a hint of impropriety. Our readers can be sure that if a business appears on one of our Top 10 lists, it has gone through a rigorous selection process, and truly is one of the very best in all of NWA in its particular category.

We are both humbled and inspired by the continued support of our faithful and new readers. Thank you so very much!

As always, if you think of a category you would like to see in one of our upcoming issues, please submit your new category for consideration.

All Good Things,

The Top 10 magazine is available both online and in inprint, and it is free to all to read. Our Top 10 lists showcase the

Northwest Arkansas Approximately 4 million visitors per year make the trip to Northwest Arkansas, and there are no signs that traffic is slowing down. If you are asking why, you’ve probably never been to this booming area! There are tons of amazing restaurants, things to do and places to stay in Northwest Arkansas. The Northwest corner of Arkansas is home to a number of towns and smaller communities, which together are commonly referred to as Northwest Arkansas or NWA. Bentonville, Bella Vista, Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Lowell, Rogers, Siloam Springs and Springdale are the cities covered in this recently researched and up-to-date Top 10 NWA Travel Guide. Long known for its natural beauty and clean Ozark Mountain air, Northwest Arkansas has morphed into a cultural and business center rivaling the best in the world. The recently completed 36-mile Razorback Greenway, a primarily offroad trail system, links together six NWA cities and many community destinations including Walmart, J.B. Hunt, and Tyson Foods corporate headquarters. Additionally, the trail system also links to Arts and entertainment districts, historic sites, parks, residential communities and shopping areas. NWA invites its visitors to enjoy: • Awe-inspiring Museums Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, a dazzling, world-class 1.2 billion dollar museum. • Breathtaking Natural and Manmade Wonders Beaver Lake, Ozark Mountains, Hiking & Biking Paradise • Championship Level Cycling Walking & Hiking trails Award-winning bicycle friendly communities, Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville

• Award-winning Chefs and Culinary Districts Bentonville, Fayetteville, Eureka Springs, Siloam Springs, Local & eclectic food • Vibrant Entertainment Districts Downtown & Dickson St. in Fayetteville, Downtown in Eureka Springs • Metropolitan Level Upscale Shopping Downtown Rogers, Fayetteville, Eureka Springs • Countless Unique Boutiques and Little Out-Of-The-Way shops Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Springdale • Antiquing at Its best Fayetteville, Siloam Springs, Springdale, Eureka Springs • America’s Favorite Farmer’s Markets Fayetteville, Bentonville, Bella Vista, Rogers, Eureka Springs, Siloam Springs and Springdale Transportation Once in NWA: NWA is still in its infancy as far as mass transit is concerned. A rental car is the most efficient way to travel around town and from city to city. Executive car services and taxicabs are available as is the Ozark Regional Transit bus (app and Internet users can check RouteShout for scheduled stops). Additionally, many hotels offer shuttle and chartered bus service. Check out our website at NWATravelguide.com or our Facebook page for the latest information.
