Join your friends and step back on campus to exercise together - in person AND virtually! This high-energy barre class focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. The combined elements from pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training, all choreographed to music, make this a fun and energizing class. All levels are welcome. Class meets in person on Tuesdays and virtually on Zoom on Thursdays. Registration in this class includes access to a library of recorded exercise classes that can be used on-demand. Total Barre

This high-energy barre class focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability. Gentle Pilates

Gentle Pilates, taught virtually, restores the natural curves of your spine and balances the muscles around your joints with an emphasis on pelvic and scapular stabilization. Aerobic exercise is not enough to keep the body well-conditioned; research shows the need for the addition of weekly weight strengthening. We will focus on all major muscle groups resulting in increased strength, better posture, greater mobility, improved metabolism, and a slowing of the development of osteoporosis. Looking for a quick lunchtime workout? Whether you are new to fitness or you’ve danced for many years, get ready for a fun way to strengthen your entire body! Barre is a workout class inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates. Each class is designed to be a full body workout utilizing small target movements, high numbers of repetitions and, at times, light weights or resistance. Barre Express is great for anyone, very beginner-friendly and adaptable to different skill sets and ability levels. The class moves quickly, and can be as challenging as you would like it to be. Fitness Conditioning

Condition your entire body by using a variety of modalities like pilates, yoga, strength training, and cardio. By using many different types of exercises that incorporate flexibility, strength, and resistance, you will build strength, agility and power. Each hour-long class will challenge your mind and body, since no two classes are the same. Low impact modifications will be offered.
