Best piece of advice you've been given

Assume nothing. One of my favourite Primary School teachers handed those two words on a single sided business card to the entire class when I was in Year 6. I've never forgotten it and it's something that has stuck!

Last thing you do at night

Brush my teeth, check on my babies and kiss my husband goodnight.

Go to dinner

I love Italian food, all kinds and in restaurants or homemade at home.

Drink of choice

Non- alcoholic- Latte on Almond Milk. Alcoholic- Sauvignon Blanc or Vodka, Lime & Soda.

Favourite workout

I love a good cross trainer workout but love swimming - it's my go to for a workout and mental refresh.

Product I can't live without

Esmi Mineral Foundation and SPF moisturiser.

Watching right now

Absolutely addicted to Power but I've been a fan since the beginning of The Block.
