Project Management The Project Management Program Series provides you with an overview of project management best practices from beginning to end of an entire project life cycle and is based on the vocabulary and methodology of the PMBOK Guide®, 6th Edition (2017) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). While there is no required order for taking these courses, Fundamentals of Project Management is recommended as a starting point if you are new to the field because it provides an overview. Selfcontained course design allows you to meet your interest in a project management topic without being dependent on other courses in the series. Required Courses: • Fundamentals of Project Management • Risk & Change Management • Developing & Managing a Dynamic Team • Defining & Measuring Organizational Processes • Project Management Communications • Project Quality Management

REGISTER ONLINE Risk & Change Management Change is to be expected in today’s business environment, but there needs to be a clear process to approve or reject requests for change. Unmanaged change can bring chaos. Likewise, a project must identify and address risks (unknowns), or be forced into reactionary mode. Understanding how to handle changes and risks, and how they are related, is both an art and a science. A good project manager must have the tools necessary to identify, quantify, measure, and report on all aspects of a project, including these unknowns. This course covers not only the technical aspects of risk and change, but also the human factors. 1090003 | 1.4 CEUs | $599 15671  Learn@Home: Live, Instructor-led Michael Van Dyke Sat, 10/3 – 10/17 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 15720  Learn@Home: Live, Instructor-led Michael Van Dyke Thu, Fri, 11/19 – 11/20 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
