1. LIFTING LEGS TO CHEST Lean against the door or against the wall without plinth so that your back of the head, the shoulder blades, buttocks and heels are pressed tightly against its surface. Holding this position, pull the right knee to the chest. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then change your leg and repeat the exercise..

5. ELONGATION Grasp the door jamb and try to stretch out to its full height. If the doorway is low, rest your fingers on the wall over the doorway. Hold this position for 1 minute, take a few seconds, and then repeat the exercise.

6. FLEXURES Stand straight, feet shoulderwidth apart, hands behind the waist are clenched into fists. Gently bend over in the lower back. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then straighten up and repeat the exercise. Do not bend too much.
