Ashbourne, Moss Vale
Green Spaces
Curving around the Moss Vale Golf Course, the site has been rezoned for a residential lot subdivision from Wingecarribee Shire Council. More than 20% of the site will feature green open spaces and recreational areas.
The highly anticipated public launch of Stage One was a sell-out success. A total of 143 land lots were sold up via an online virtual launch in late August and at a public event held in November 2021. Of these lots, 85 – ranging from 450sqm to 1400sqm – sold out in just four hours. Buyers were from the local area, Sydney and Canberra, all keen to acquire their slice of the idyllic Southern Highlands.
