Renewed G4-certification for LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT and ADMIRAL ENTERTAINMENT
ENTERTAINMENT and its subsidiary ADMIRAL ENTERTAINMENT have again been recertified according to the standards of the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4).
Christian Arras, Chairman of the Management Board of LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT and its subsidiary ADMIRAL ENTERTAINMENT have once again been awarded the certificate of the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4) for their high-quality standards for player protection and the protection of minors. The initial certification took place in 2019. An audit process lasting several days, in the course of which the prevention measures were again comprehensively analysed by G4, preceded the new recertification.
The G4 standard goes beyond federal or provincial regulatory requirements and is internationally considered one of the most stringent in the field of player protection. Around 100 forms of criteria were reviewed as part of the audit. These include, among others, internal guidelines, the quality of training offers for employees as well as the efficiency of further player protection measures in the company’s gaming operations. “The results of the audit reflect the enormous importance that LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT and ADMIRAL ENTERTAINMENT attach to player protection and the protection of minors in their offerings,” said Ynze Remmers, G4 Lead Auditor. “Both companies have already established very high standards for a long time – from the use of technical systems for access control to regular staff training – and proved this again during the recertification.”
“An attractive gaming offer and standardised player protection processes at the highest level are a prerequisite for us to ensure the channelling mandate of the legislator in the state-licensed ADMIRAL gaming arcades. The renewed G4 certification confirms us on this path,” said Christian Arras, Chairman of the Management Board of LÖWEN ENTERTAINMENT.
