Properties (specific characteristics)

The coating has a very good nonstick effect, tolerates frequent baking and exhibits a very good price-performance ratio. KG-Flon 300 can be universally deployed and has a very smooth surface that is easy to clean. This is why it is very frequently used in baking trays in the bakery as well as in the Bake-Off franchise.

The coating has a very good non-stick effect and excellent abrasion resistance. KG-Flon 403 is applied in multiple layers and reinforced with ceramic particles. For this reason, it is very frequently used in automated baking systems or similar applications that greatly tax the coating.

The coating has a very good non-stick effect and extraordinary durability. KG-Flon 704 was specifically developed for the extreme rigours of deployment in industrial bakeries. Owing to this coating’s unique properties, it is very frequently used in tin loaf systems, automated baguette and bread roll systems, as well as special trays.

The coating has a very good non-stick effect and extraordinary abrasion resistance. KG-Flon 900 has special ceramic particles that make this coating particularly durable and tough. This is why it is very frequently used in baking trays in the Bake-Off franchise.

The coating has an excellent non-stick effect and very good abrasion resistance. KG-Flon 903 is frequently used for very sticky doughs, sweet products or fermenting applications. Outstanding results can be achieved particularly when using peeling boards and proofing boards, even in the absence of fermenting cloths and plastic peeling boards.

The coating has a good nonstick effect and exhibits a very good price-performance ratio. Thanks to its hygroscopic properties, Silicone KG 500 has an anti-slip effect despite being non-stick. This is why it is frequently used in automated baking systems for the manufacture of bread rolls and baguettes, as well as in the Bake-Off franchise.
