New Year Food Heating Instructions

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS Family Heirloom Xmas Ham NOTE: the ham is already cooked, this is just to reheat and serve warm

1. Preheat oven to 325° or Toaster Oven or Turbo Broiler 2. Make sure the ham package is at room temperature before removing it from the package.

3. Place in a roasting pan 4. Put the entire ham with the juices in the vacuum pack on a roasting pan or tray 5. Cover ham tightly with foil, no steam escapes 6. Put in the center of the oven/toaster/turbo and cook for 25 - 30 minutes 7. Reheat Ham Sauce in the Microwave for 1 minute

1. Served at Room Temperature or Chilled 2. If desired hot, preheat oven at 180°C or Toaster oven or Turbo Broiler 3. Put Galantina (Room Temperature) in greased baking pan and add butter cubes on top of the chicken 4. Cook for 20-35 minutes at 180°C or until skin is golden brown 5. Heat sauce in microwave for 90 seconds
