Myanmar, Japan to cooperate in communications sector Nay Pyi Taw, 9 Jan—President U Thein Sein received Home Affairs and Communications Minister of Japan Mr. Yoshitaka Shindo and his delegation at the Presidential Palace here today to discuss the provision of technical and financial assistance to strengthen Myanmar’s Police Force, postal service and telecommunications sector.
