https://npf-fpn.com Federal Public Service Labour Relations Employment Board Grants QMPMA Request to review Bill C-7 The FPSLREB has decided to entertain written submission on the issue of “constitutionality” of Bill C-7 this matter as follows: The DOJ on behalf of Treasury Board has until February 5, 2018 to provide their submission. QMPMA has until February 19, 2018 to respond to the DOJ’s submission as well as NPF’s rebuttal we filed on January 4, 2018 (link to NPF Rebuttal January 4).
