Line Manager: Inclusion and Safeguarding Lead

St James’ is looking to appoint a dedicated and reliable Learning Mentor with proven experience of working with parents’, outside professionals and governors.

The successful candidate will:

• be able to identify barriers to learning, of students, and develop action plans to overcome and remove those barriers.

• possess GCSEs in Maths and English (Grades A-C)

• possess good communication skills and able to present verbally to a wide audience, as well as use records to produce written reports

• have experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour

• have proven experience with raising attainment standards, including writing and preparing students for SATs exams;

• be able to demonstrate an understanding of strategic planning
