URBAN RENEWAL 2014 Show Your True Colors

West entrance

Show Your True Colors We set out to energize a space, but we ended up transforming perceptions. NSCC’s design staff knew cinder blocks were just a different kind of canvas from which to tell a story. NSCC’s ‘urban space renewal’ project runs the length of both sides of its Lynn Campus hallway and meets the strictest of building and fire codes. Judging by the number of students and faculty who now want to be “on the wall,” we may have to think about the 2nd floor next year.
