winter of 2015 but finally . . . SUMMER! School is almost out and it’s time to try new things. North Shore Community College’s Summer of Discovery program is your chance to pick a pathway of interest and discover all there is to know! Are you interested in Veterinary Science, Coding, Robotics, Video Game Design or the field of Health Care? Classes in these fields will engage you today and give you the pathway to pursue your dreams in the future.

“Forget about trying to compete with someone else. Create your own pathway. Create your own new vision.”

Maybe your passion is cooking so try a –Herbie Hancock, Jazz musician cooking class. If playing ball is your thing, sign up for one or all four weeks of baseball clinics with players on a semi-pro field with collegiate players. Interested in experiments and how things react? Sign up for Mad Scientist classes and create cool science experiments. If your pathway is art, try Japanese Art, or Painting and Drawing in Nature, while drama classes will encourage your creative side to shine through many venues, offered by talented, creative instructors. As always, I encourage your input and ideas so NSCC continues to be your first choice for classes. I look forward to watching you explore your pathways and becoming the master you want to be!
