Provosts' Perceptions of Academic Library Value & Preferences for Communication Source: College & Research Libraries (Preprint)
An accepted manuscript submitted to the College & Research Libraries’ journal describes a large-scale study of provosts’ perceptions of academic libraries in the United States. Amongst its findings, it notes that “provosts at all types of institutions perceive use data and user satisfaction data to have only moderate impact on a funding decision”.
