I went shopping at Christmas time with my family in Kmart. We were all rushing around, buying presents and stocking fillers. I was picking up some chocolate for us and when I was done, I saw my mum at the register already paying. I didn’t want her to leave without the yummy treats I’d picked out, so I ran up behind her and put my items on the register. She turned around... and it wasn’t my mum! I was so totally embarrassed, I ran away as quickly as I could - I even left my food there! It was bad, I was so shocked!

I have a huge crush on a boy who plays in my brother’s football team. He is so cute! During a sleepover, I told my best friend, Renae that I really liked him and that she was not allowed to tell anyone. I didn’t think anymore about it, but when we went back to school after the holidays, she told another friend of ours, Julia, about my crush! I didn’t really mind too much, but then Renae told me that my crush is actually Julia’s cousin! How embarrassing!

I was at my neighbours place with a whole group of friends playing with the skipping rope in the front yard. There were some boys from around the corner who rode by on their bikes and started talking to us. While they were talking to my neighbour, the rest of us kept skipping rope. When it was my turn to run in, I was sort of halflistening to their conversation and I ran in at the wrong time, tripping over the rope and skinning my knee! Everyone turned to look and I was trying so hard not to cry!

bottle-nosed I went to the Taylor Swift concert with my bestie and her older sister. We were waiting for Taylor to come on when my bestie’s sister asked me to throw her my water bottle to keep in her bag. I did as she said... but the bottle hit her right in the nose! I was so shocked, but I also wanted to burst out laughing. I had to hold it in and be serious while I asked her if she was ok. It was so awkward I went bright red!

hopes crushed My mum was dropping me off at school one morning and she has a really loud voice. As I was getting out of the car I spotted a boy in my class who I have a crush on. She kissed me goodbye, which was embarrassing enough and then spotted my crush. She said, “Oh Hope, isn’t that the boy you were telling me was cute?” He saw the whole thing and started blushing. Later on, we were in class together and his friends came up to me and asked me if I liked him! Awkward!

The group of friends walked into a dark, crowded restaurant and she thought it was Joe next to her. “I went to grab his butt to move him along and it was Frankie!” she spills, “I love Frank. We are homies, but that was another level of bonding for us!”

loving... Ansel Elgort ansel’s big break Ansel Elgort is an American actor known mostly for his roles in The Fault in Our Stars and the Divergent movie series. He has one sister, one brother and his dad, Arthur, is a famous fashion photographer. After auditioning for the American School of Ballet when he was nine, Ansel went to a performing arts school where he took acting classes and starred in a few musicals. His first big break into the film industry was a small part in the remake of vintage horror flick, Carrie and the following year was cast to play Caleb in The Divergent Series films. Ansel has played both of his most famous roles to date alongside actress, Shailene Woodley. So, do the pair get along really well? He says, ”Shailene and I share a certain love, but it’s a friendship love.” Aww!

a good role model He understands that with fame comes a responsibility to do the right thing by his fans. Ansel spills, “There are some celebrities who have millions and millions of people following them [online] and they don’t lead by example.” He recommends fans follow The Fault in Our Stars author, John Green on social media. “He leads by example and he encourages millions of people to do good things. And there are people who don’t, and it’s a waste, y’know?” Ansel says. Ansel’s acting career is just getting started! He’s got a few projects in the works for the year ahead, including a starring role in the film, November Criminals, alongside Chloë Moretz. He's also wrapped filming for the third movie in The Divergent Series, with Allegiant, Part 1 set to hit the movie screens everywhere later on in 2016. While the star is super busy, he remains calm about his future. “I’m not really too worried about what I’m gonna do next, because I just think of my career as, like, having sixty years ahead of me,” he says, “I still have my entire twenties to make movies. I’m in no hurry.”

Justin Bieber has spilled on why his relationship with songstress, Selena Gomez didn’t work. He said in a recent interview, “I just want her to be happy.” The Sorry singer added, “I love [Selena]. We’re friends still. We needed time to grow for ourselves and we were like, ‘Maybe we’ll come back together in the future,’ and then it ended up being so long and we just grew apart and we’re not the same people anymore.” Awww!

maddie ziegler to leave dance moms!

Reports have surfaced that Maddie Ziegler will be leaving Dance Moms after the end of the current series! Sources close to the pint-sized perfomer suggest that she has her “sights set on Hollywood” and bigger acting roles, leaving her no time to film the series that made her famous. It comes as no real surprise, as Maddie has been landing a heap of acting roles. She’s due to star in The Book of Henry, a film due for release this year.

She’s released some catchy tunes over the years, but Victoria has hit a few bumps in the road lately when it comes to her music. She recently parted ways with her record company, but hasn’t given up her music dreams just yet. She’s got plenty of unheard songs ready to be released! “I miss performing so much. I miss being on stage and being able to share my music with people,” she spilled. “Whether I sign to another label, I’m not sure, but I might just release stuff on my own just so my fans can hear it and I can share that with the world.” We hope she does!

Victoria is really conscious of the world around her. Helping others who are in need is something that’s really important to her. She’s spoken out against texting and driving, supported the Race to Erase MS and various other charities. She’s also worked with the United Nations on a campaign called Girl Up, which protects the human rights of girls and gives them access to education. Victoria said, “I am proud to be a Girl Up Champion and to use my voice to give back.” She personally raised nearly $20,000 for them through her music. How awesome is that?

Well – Chong Lim (the musical director) actually called me a couple of months ago and said he had two questions for me. Firstly, he asked if I was around in Feb/March 2016. What songs are you most excited to sing? “Definitely, A Whole New World from Aladdin…not just because it was my favourite song as a kid… it’s still one of my favourite songs of all time! It’s an amazing melody, a stunning duet and the lyrics are so dreamy! I can’t wait to walk out on stage and sing it live for the first time ever! I’m also really excited about singing Let It Go – because I know that is the new classic for all the kids so they will be very excited to hear that!” You’ve done TV, radio and your own live music tours, how is Disney Under the Stars a different experience? “This will be an entirely different experience – on the radio and on TV, I am just talking. And in my own shows I am singing my own songs that I have written – and I like to change things up and strip songs back and sing them differently to the CD... I never do any two shows the same. But in this show we have the responsibility to sing these iconic songs that everyone in the crowd has grown up listening to – and they will want to hear them as they remember them. Congrats on your lead role in Evermoor Chronicles! What has been the highlight for you so far? “I would have to say just acting and being able to do what I love... also working on the craft on the show and my acting skills!”

Was it hard going from a TV presenter role to an acting one? “It was a lot easier for me because I find that acting is more of a love for me. I think when you love something, it comes easier to you.

But, it was great doing presenting back home because it helped me with my confidence and got me used to being on set.” Are you and Tara from Evermoor alike? “Yeah! I’d say that were both quite confident, although we have our moments! Also, she’s a bit of a tomboy and I can definitely relate to that as well! The way that I dress is quite tomboy-ish and I think my attitude too… growing up I was always hanging with my older brother so naturally I have some tomboy-ish behaviour!” Who is your closest friend on set? “Georgie Glen is her name in real life, but I call her Aunt Bridget! [That is Georgie's character in Evermoor]. We had so much fun when we were on set, we would always sing together and we went on a road trip together in England while we were both there. I miss her when we aren’t filming!”

What made you fall in love with the script? “I think it was the whole magical element and the character. I was so happy that I got to audition for such a strong, great role model... and it was cool to have magical powers I guess, too! It was a huge responsibility being the lead in Evermoor but it was good to commit to it and do lots of research and perform my best everyday!”

The latest movie goss... ● Zootopia's leading character, Nick Wilde was largely based on the character of Robin Hood, who was also portrayed as a fox in the original Disney film. ● If you look closely in the film, Big Hero 6 you can see some pretty cool references to Zootopia! Honey Lemon's phone case is an image of the main character in Zootopia and you can see a poster for the movie when Baymax and Hiro fly under the train tracks. How cool is that? ● Allegiant is the third instalment in The Divergent Series. It will be the first time that audiences will see Four as a child and Tris will have chin-length hair, just like it was written in the Divergent books. ● Allegiant follows Harry Potter, Twilight and The Hunger Games in being the fourth franchise to split a story into two parts.

Theo! Can you describe the relationship Tris and Four have to us? “They're co-dependent, in a good way. Tris is in no way the damsel in distress but that doesn't detract from Four being a masculine character. They're two people in love but broken by the situation they're in. They are both genuinely in love.”

Can we expect a big difference between the book and the film? “I think it’s gonna be pretty similar. I think the luxury of this one is that we have time to tell the book over two movies. I think, if anything, it’ll be the material in the book, but then added [material] as well. There will be more stuff because we have more time to tell the story.”

The creator of the Regular Show spilled on how the cartoon came about! His big break into the animation world… “At the time I was working on Marvellous Misadventures of Flapjack for Cartoon Network as the Creative Director, and then Cartoon Network started the ‘Cartoonstitute’, a shorts programme where they were looking for new shorts. They asked me if I wanted to pitch anything and I pitched them an idea for Regular Show, they let me make a pilot and then it turned into the show premiere!” On playing the role of Mordecai… “Being there and doing the voice acting with real professionals who are trained, you realise that they are so talented. I don’t have much range, I can just use my regular voice, pretty much, but I remember it was really funny trying to learn how to yell. Because I’m a pretty calm person in real life, I don’t ever yell, but Mordecai yells all the time, when they get into crazy situations. I can do it now, but it was weird at first!” What it's like working for Cartoon Network? “It’s the best place I’ve ever worked at as far as creative freedom goes. I mean, for my pilot it literally was that I pitched the board and they said 'Great, make it!' Then as far as the show goes, whatever we come up with they’re always up for us making an episode about. We’ve never been told 'Oh, that’s too weird' or 'that’s too extreme', or anything like that. They’re very supportive of any ideas we come up with and help us to get it along to the end, so it’s been a great experience.”

Stooshe are a British girl band made up of three members, Courtney, Karis and Alexandra.

The girls were lucky enough to support Jennifer Lopez on a tour a few years ago! “When we found out we screamed,” revealed Alexandra. “She has reinvented herself and she knows how to put on a show. I think I [was] more excited about watching her than performing with her.” A dream come true!

Working together is really important to the girls... “Even when it comes to creating, writing dance routines, we all have to be there together, and bounce off each other's ideas. We can't do it by ourselves. We're lost by ourselves!” says Alexandra.

Stooshe are all about girl power! Alexandra adds, “We think girls shouldn’t conform to a certain way or look by what is perceived to be beautiful. Be what inspires you and have fun doing it!” We agree!

Loading Screen The shortest month of the year does not make for fewer great video games to play. This year is really kicking off with a bang. Last month we predicted that the totally awesome Minecraft would be coming to Wii U and guess what? We were right! Not only is it out on Nintendoâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s great console, but you can download it right now from the eShop!

ratchet release One of the most exciting platform adventure games for 2016 is the remake of the original Ratchet & Clank for PS4 and now we have a release date! April 12 is the big day and we can't wait to play this classic again with extra levels and high-def visuals.

A sequel has been announced for one of the most gorgeous and heart-warming RPGs ever. Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom is on its way to PS4 in 2016, and sees developer Level-5 re-team with anime movie makers Studio Ghibli. Cool!

Legendary adventure game, Psychonauts is finally getting some sequels. Psychonauts: In the Rhombus of Ruin is a virtual reality puzzle game that will bridge the story between the two main titles and Psychonauts 2 is a direct follow-up for PS4 and PC. Get excited guys!

get chatty Microsoft has released a device called the Chatpad. It plugs into the bottom of your Xbox One controller and provides not only a keyboard for use when typing messages, but also headset controls. It will work on PC as well as the console, too.

Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon (3DS) This interesting spin-off to the main Pokémon series takes you out of the shoes of a trainer and allows you to play as one of the colourful critters. You then make your way through randomly-generated dungeons, fighting it out in classic-turn based style with enemies, using items and exploring for loot. With lots to discover, this new game is plenty of fun to be had here for fans of the series.

Unravel (PS4, XBO, PC) This incredibly cute sidescrolling platformer follows a ball of wool who has come to life and is exploring the wonders of the world. This little guy, called Yarny, unwinds as he moves, leaving a trail of wool behind him. We love the way the levels make you use this trail of yarn in fun, inventive ways to get past obstacles. And we love the sweet story and amazing real-world environments.

HOT OR NOT There’s some games we simply cannot wait to play, and others you have to Frisbee to find the fun.

Gravity Rush Remastered (PS4)

Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 (PS4, XBO, PC)

Originally released on the Vita, this amazing adventure game stars the beautiful and strong Kat, a girl with no memory who's given the power to control gravity. When the world gets broken apart by a gravity storm, she can fly between the floating islands, changing which way is down whenever she likes. The game is part adventure, part RPG, with levelling-up, sidequests and lots to discover.

The Naruto anime series could have made for a big adventure or a deep RPG in video game form, but instead the developer has gone for a fighter. The huge arenas, massive cast of characters, long story and over-the-top combat is all done really well, but there’s one problem. All you really do in the end is just kick and hit people in the head as hard as you can... which gets boring quickly.

Dear Diary, I Think I`m sick of this reality. The biggest thing in video gaming this year is going to be Virtual Reality and news about new headsets is coming in thick and fast. Here is the latest and greatest gossip... Oculus Rift

PlayStation VR

The first and best known of the three big headsets coming in 2016 has had a number of interesting developments over the last month. Firstly, we’ve now seen the controllers for the first time. They’re called the Oculus Touch, and it’s a very cool looking motion-based device that comes in two parts; one for each hand. As you hold them, you can move naturally to get actions to happen in virtual reality. The only bad news is that the controllers will not be ready for the launch of the headset in autumn, but instead will arrive later in 2016.

Until now, we had assumed the PlayStation VR would plug straight into the PlayStation 4 so you could start playing games in virtual reality, but it turns out that is not true. Instead, it will come with its own console-like box that is about the same size as the first Nintendo Wii. So the PlayStation VR headset will connect to this first box, which then connects to the PS4. This new box will provide the power to run the virtual reality on its own, which is actually great. It leaves the PS4 free to run games at normal speed and for you to play multiplayer games where one person is in virtual reality, and the others are using the TV in the same game. Expect this one in autumn, too.

In other Oculus Rift news, we now know that the super cute 3D platforming adventure, Lucky Tales will come for free with every headset. This is pretty awesome as space MMO Eve: Valkyrie was already coming for free if you pre-ordered the headset, as was an Xbox One controller. It ensures that those who pick up the headset on launch day will have plenty of gaming to enjoy straight away.

. HTC Vive The third of the big three virtual reality headsets expected to arrive this autumn is looking like it could be the most powerful. It has the best resolution, and the most power behind it. However, it is also the most secretive and we haven’t been told too much about it. Recently, however, the creators of the headset came out and revealed why the headset was delayed from its planned launch at the end of 2015. Apparently, they made a huge technological discovery that was so important they decided to scrap the existing headset and start again from scratch. We don’t know what that discovery was, but we cannot wait to find out!

Newly Revealed Virtual Reality Games Eagle Flight: Made by the developer behind Assassin’s Creed, this game will allow you to feel what it is like to glide through the skies as a bird.

The Climb: This thrilling title has you scaling up the sides of cliffs in exotic locations, choosing your handholds carefully and trying not to freak out at the epic drop below.

Lucky Tales: In the tradition of BanjoKazooie and Super Mario, this big adventure title stars a little fox and we can’t wait to see how jumping over spikes and squishing enemies plays out in virtual reality!
