Banana Bread Recipe

A classic quick banana bread, this recipe is sweet and moist with the twist of chocolate chips. The banana flavor is very pronounced so the bread is great as a snack or as a breakfast treat! (Recipe by Nutric Food Show) Ingredients
Steps to Cook
Eggs (2)

Add brown sugar and butter in a bowl.
Sour Cream (1/3 cup)

Mix both ingredients well.
White Flour (1 cup)

Take 2 eggs and add in mixture one by one.
Baking Powder (3/4 tsp)

Mix well with a whisk.

Add sour cream and mix well.

Then add 1 cup flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips in mixture to make tasty chocolate chip banana bread and mix all ingredients well.

Then add mashed bananas to make healthy banana bread and mix again.

Transfer this mixture to a bread mold and garnish some chocolate chips and banana.
9.
Bake this at 180 °C for 30 min.
Baking Soda (1 tsp) Chocolate Chips (2-3 tbsp.) Mashed Bananas (3)
10. Extra moist banana bread is ready to serve.
