This Rosh Hashanah, we invite you to join us in making a significant impact. Your donation will help us to: Expand our Housepital program, enabling more patients to receive home-based hospital care. Increase our inventory of medical equipment to reach more people in need. Enhance our transportation services, ensuring that no one is trapped in their home due to a lack of mobility options.
Who will be able to leave hospital?
How many people will get medical equipment?
Who will be trapped in their homes?
The answer depends on you!
and on Yom Kippur will be sealed how many will pass from the earth and how many will be created; who will live and who will die; who will die at his predestined time and who before his time; who by water and who by fire, who by sword, who by beast, who by famine, who by thirst, who by storm, who by plague, who by strangulation, and who by stoning. Who will rest and who will wander, who will live in harmony and who will be harried, who will enjoy tranquillity and who will suffer, who will be impoverished and who will be enriched, who will be degraded and who will be exalted.

This year, Rosh Hashanah feels different. It marks the end of an extremely tough year for the Jewish community, both here and around the world.
But over the past year, I have been struck by the pride and resilience among British Jews. We have not let ourselves be defined by our adversity, instead, we have worked together to overcome it.
A year on from Hamas’ barbaric attack on October 7th, I know that the hostages will be in all our thoughts. We hope desperately for their safe return and for an end to the fighting which has caused so much heartbreak on all sides.
It has never felt more important to be together and celebrate Rosh Hashanah with loved ones.
Since being elected to Parliament, I have got to work representing our diverse communities in Finchley and Golders Green and making sure your voice is heard in Parliament. Whomever you voted for, I am here to represent you and support you.
Rosh Hashanah is a time for renewal. Together, there is so much we can achieve. Please stay in touch with me and my team. As we look forward to the new year, I hope for sweeter and happier times ahead.
From my family to yours, Shana Tova.

free Yom-tov Walk-in clinic service
3rd October 2pm - 5pm 4th October 11am - 3pm
This is a service MARS is offering free of charge for anyone who may require a GP consultation over Yom-Tov. Instead of traveling to an A&E department, one can just walk into the clinic and be seen by a GP and receive prescribed medicine if needed, so the patients and their families can avoid wasting hours of travel and disruption and minimize chilul yom-tov
P.S. This clinic is not a replacement for emergency assistance. If you require urgent medical assistance, call Hatzola, 999 or go to the nearest A&E. Please do not wait until the last hour as this may result in some patients not to be seen.
